While test driving on the highway my husband got up to 75 mph without any noise or rattling through the cabin. We previously owned a small hybrid and had noise issues while getting up to speed. The maronerbis a very smooth ride and we are going back to purchase it tomorrow.
She was was the best in business, thank you again! Miguel also top notch in sales great guy very easy going and very thorough ! #midnight edition
Exactly What I Bought It For

Smooth ride, great load capacity, 30 mpg. I had this truck for 5 years and the total repairs were a throttle position unit and some refrigerant. A set of Michelin tires made this the smoothest riding truck ever. The electronics (nav, DVD, bluetooth, USB, 110v outlet) and interior (heated leather power seats, sunroof, console) were fantastic for its time. My only minor complaint was the bezel around the light switch was located in such a place that I skinned my shin on it while getting in a couple of times a year. (I'm a slow learner)
A quick shout-out for Ric Formann who sold me a BMW X5 in late August'18. I signed all the papers and drove off with high expectations. Two days later I noticed smoke coming from the front end. I called Ric and he assured me that it would be taken care of, and it was. He arranged for the minor valve repair without charge. That's customer service!

Owned the Mariner since May of '09. Wanted a full size comfotable vehicle with good mileage. With 31000 miles, the lifetime average is 37 mpg. It averages over 40 mpg in the sprng/summer/autumn. No issues with it.
Bought my 2016 Honda Accord from Justin. It was a great experience and I'm very pleased with my car
Lots of driver space. Comfortable car
February 28, 2018
I am 6'1 and while I am not a big guy I feel cramped In most cars . The mariner gives me the most space I have ever had in the driver seat. I still feel relaxed after a long drive. It has a stylish look and the hybrid is great on gas and still provides space and convenience for family.
I'm a return customer with this dealer, I've had exceptionally good customer service from Rick and Lee. They've covered my concerns on every occasion. I've had better luck here than with the new car purchases I've made. I'll keep going back to Voss they're straight up down to earth people.

Most reliable car I've owned!

I loved this car so much. If I could find another I would but it again. I only need to fill up the car 2 1/2 weeks if that. I love the way the car drive on the road.
I got the car like a few months back.
I am second owner for it.I bought it from a private owner.
It has 50K on it and looks really new.So far it looks good and easy to get used to it.It has a great interior and It is giving me around 27+ city/25 Highway. The only hitch in this over all great car is the driver's leg area. Its a bit congested.I am an average person and I felt the pain initally becuase of that. But now I got used to driving it and its perfect ..I love it and the way it changes from hybrid to engine and back to hybrid is really awesome.I SOME TIMES like to drive more than 5 miles just on electric drive and its a real fun.especially early in the morning .In all over this car a lot and I am happy with it by all means.
I've owned my '09 Mariner Hybrid since March '09. It has been reliable, with literally no repair issues other than changing oil, wipers, etc.
It's comfortable, though it could use a few more features (e.g. garage door opener), and has been very economical.
Fuel economy in the Chicago area averages around 34-35 mpg summer and 27-28 mpg winter for my AWD version, which is really good.
I'm completely happy with my choice to purchase a 2018 Explorer. Four months ago I spoke with Pervis Reynolds regarding the Explorer and he provided inciteful information regarding body style, feature upgrades and finance options over current lease. I was torn between getting a new Jeep Cherokee Laredo and the Ford. He emailed me some specs and asked me to look them over. I later decided to not get a new vehicle because I didn't want to give up on my old jeep. After a few more months of check engine light issues and countless small repairs I had enough of watching the tow truck take my baby away.
I contacted Pervis and asked for his help again. I informed him of what I wanted. "I just want the heated seats and light interior. I don't care about the other technology features". That was my claim. He checked into the vehicle I wanted and set me up for an appointment that evening. After the test drive I was sold on the vehicle even though the interior is dark. "No denim jean residue on the dark leather". Pervis is right! I even love the technology.
My jeep was good to me for 18 years but I'm loving this Explorer and all the technical features Pervis sold me on. I appreciate his knowledge, kindness and professionalism. Pervis worked hard on my deal and I'm grateful. He's an awesome guy.

June, 2015. Vehicle has 89,453 miles. The car has original brakes. Very good SUV. I just drove 245 miles today and average 35.1 MPG at 62 MPH. Push this hybrid to higher speeds and the MPG suffers. I rather save gas. Rust on fenders, single tone horn upgraded, ABS sensors on front wheels replaced, EV battery coolant pump replaced which Ford paid for. Otherwise, very happy with the vehicle. Interior in excellent shape. I cannot see replacing this SUV any time soon.

Bought this car in 2008. Have driven it 120,000 miles. Replaced the rear end at 80,000. $1,600. It was an electrical problem. Other than that no problems with anything else. Have driven it 30.000 miles this year so far in commutes to work in Las Vegas from Ogden Utah. Averages 28-29 mpg on I-15 at 80-85 mph using cruise control. No oil use or leaks. Bit noisy and hard seats. AWD keeps it on the road in winter using Michelin Artic studless snow tires. Good utility, space, amenities including DVD player. Last car you'll every buy if you can find a low mileage used one.
I am a previous Honda owner- traded in my 2006 Rdigeline pick-up (15mpg)
I have owned my AWD for 4 weeks now. Never got below 29.9 mpg, got up to as much as 32.1 mpg...yes on the AWD. Average MPG is 30.1 after 6 fill ups.
Very comfotable, nimble, it's a hit.
The only oversight on Ford's part: Could use a bigger glove box and more storage.
I bought a car last week , Guy.baram was the sales rep and he just been very professional, kind , nice and polite ... made my purchase go smooth and fit for my needs ... totally recommend , guy is the right guy for your needs.
My name is Dott and I just wanted to share my great experience at the Ernie Palmer Toyota dealership. I was referred to the company looking for a car and was treated like a VIP customer. I was helped by Mr. Micheal Weathers and he went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that. I even mention that due to circumstances I wouldn't be able to travel to get the car. Mr. Weathers advised that it was not a problem and had the car delivered to me that same day over 200 miles later. That's how I would be like to be treated everywhere I went. Thanks again Mr. Weathers for all your help and assistance.
First off smaller family owned business, and I'd rather work with a local family business, Madison and Eugene are very easy to work with!! I was looking for a Dodge Charger, they had a very nice retired State Police vehicle there with low miles. Body was in excellent condition, Black will show every little imperfection and there were none. Went out for a test drive car ran and handled beautifully. None of the high pressure you see in other dealers. Good price for the car, pleasure to deal with, had the car ready when promised. Would not hesitate to recommend them!! Very happy with the whole experience there. Thank you Madison and Eugene you two are the best!
First time leasing a car from Roy O"Brien- I ordered my car and my sales person Suzanne kept me informed regarding the build. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I purchased this vehicle to replace an Escape Hybrid. The Escape as the first generation of the hybrid and had some significant drawbacks. The Mariner is a step up on every point. All of the major drawbacks were addressed. It gets excellent gas mileage (34 mpg average), is very comfortable and does all I need a SUV to do while getting economy mileage.
