This car is has plenty of legroom and is very comfortable. It was a large trunk, and the back seats fold down to allow even large objects to fit. It has been extremely reliable.

It is a four door, leather heated seats. Wish the front seat could go back alittle further. Sport looking with sunroof and small spoiler. Has good response, V 6..Had some major work done, coil spring with strut, front was broken. Normal tune-up at 100,000 miles. Radiator flush also. Another big repair, drivers side auto window, stopped working. Control module assembly replaced. But this car is not made, I have the last model year 2010...Noticing rust blisters left rear corner by door. That will need some attention. It's a fun car to drive...Just need more leg room for driver....

My Milan is the 6 cylinder Premier with leather seats, sunroof, and Bluetooth Sync. The engine and transmission are both rock solid. Never had any issues there. Currently at 175,000 miles, there’s no surface or undercarriage rust. At 9 years old it still runs great and has good pickup. It gets 25-26 MPG between highway and city driving. They only reason I would be trading it is is because my needs have changed toward a truck for towing.

Back in early February, I went in to look at Mazda CX-5 they had on their lot, but it sold that morning or the day before. My boyfriend inquired about a 2019 Honda CR-V they had on their lot and asked if the price was negotiable, given that the mileage was pretty high (148,XXX for a 2019). Miguel (or Cole) said, "Everything on the lot is negotiable." Having just come from a Mazda dealership that had a strict no negotiation policy while also overpricing their used inventory, this was a huge plus for us. While we took the CR-V for a test drive, my boyfriend ran the specs on it and a couple codes popped up. Nothing major, but we wanted to ask about them. When we returned and told them about codes, Cole immediately took it back and checked it out. Didn't argue with my boyfriend, didn't take offense, nothing. Just took it back and offered to have us go back there with them while they looked it over. Huge green flag for me. On top of that, they had very outgoing personalities, were super funny and personable, great banter. Their building didn't feel like some over-sanitized, white-walled, personality-less dealership. It felt like I was going to my buddy's garage to get work done on my car and hang out (and I mean that in all the best ways). When it was time to sit down and start talking turkey, we didn't want to negotiate the price. These guys had been so cool from the very start, that at that point, it didn't feel right to haggle down. Instead, they took off the documentation fee, and we walked out paying the exact sticker price on the car. It is now the middle of March and my car has been running flawlessly. I have already taken it to Detroit and it did amazing. While I'm in no hurry to buy another car any time soon, if or when the time comes to get another one, they will be the first dealership I reach out to!

For the price I paid for the car I am very pleased. It drives well and is in good condition. It is cleam and the gas mileage is good.

I had a excellent experience with this nice dealership at Audi Novi in MI State. I wanted to visit them in person but i own a restaurant and i just simple don't have the time to go there. My salesman was very nice and professional. He kept me on updates on the whole deal of what's going on with the paper work and the time and date of shipping the 2016 silver Mercedes Benz C450 AMG 4door sedan car. It's just what i been looking for. It had to be this make and model series car. This model came out with collision prevention assist plus, eye's heads up display, intelligent drive, front collision prevention and distronic plus steering assist. I am happy with the price of the car as well. I was very happy when it arrived in my front drive way. The driver was kind enough to drive it in my back yard. I drove it around in my local town and highway, the car runs and drives excellent, i wish y'all could see the look and smile on my face. I will be buying from them again soon. I will keep checking on there web site off and on looking. I have other auto's on my list i want to buy from them soon. I been collecting car's since i was 18 years old. I'm 57 now. Had work done there on my 2010 jeep liberty sport replaced the blend door actuators and heater core and also the actuator on the front passenger side door the price they gave me was reasonable i would recommend them they are really honest i will be going to them from now on for service

He didn’t try and scam me out of anything I didn’t need and was very gentle and caring when it came to how I felt as a customer.
