I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .
I???ve been a customer of Miller Ford for around 10 years and have always been very happy with them for both Sales and Service! Today, I traded my Edge in for a new one and worked with Randy. He was very personable and attentive to helping me find exactly what I wanted and he was a pleasure to work with! Mike helped finish the financing process answering all of my questions. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Also they were no pushy about anything. They were all about what I was interested in shopping for! The website was a great tool for shopping ahead of time and Dan the internet sales rep had my car ready for a test drive when I got there! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

My husband and I came in looking for a used car, with a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan for a trade. Hector was able to work with the finance department and get us into a 2019 Kia Soul. The process was easy and Hector explained everything in detail. We ended up with a higher payment than we expected, but the perks of buying brand new made the extra cost so worth it!

We were visiting for service on our present vehicles. The Lynch staff had expressed interest in our 2015 Terrain for their used car inventory. After a good trade-in offer was made to us, we started looking for a new vehicle. Several good options were presented to us including 2019 and 2018 vehicles. Alex and the Lynch staff were friendly, professional and answered any questions we had. Alex came in on his day off to complete the process. We are happy with our purchase of a 2018 Terrain.
Very pleased with the sales staff. Have no reservations about going back. Car prices seemed very competitive. There was a sales drive ending the day that we visited the dealership. We weren’t ready to make the commitment.
We bought a newer used car from Monte. He is very upfront and knowledgeable about what would work for us in financing and was very helpful. He made us feel like we were not being taken advantage of.
