I requested a loaner car as I was driving in to San Antonio (4 hours away) to have my car serviced per the warranty recommendation. When I arrived at the dealership, the service advisor said the request wasn?t ever made. I questioned his statement and said I had proof of my email. He then said there was a wait list for loaner cars.

Everybody was very friendly and forthright. I traded in my 2020 MINI Countryman for a different used (2023) Countryman because I was ready for a change. I thought it was a fair exchange and a good price for the MINI I was buying. The car has been great!!! I do wish they accepted a wire for the purchase. They don?t ? you need to bring a check if you?re paying cash.
