With a supercharged motor, this small car makes driving fun. Plenty of space for the driver and front passenger, not so much for the back seat passengers.

Inch-for-inch the best vehicle (out of about 30) that I've owned. It's comfortable up front (i'm 6'3" and 350lb), fun to shift gears, quick, handles great, reliable, everything works, everyone i've met loves this car.

John at Drum Hill is the best buying experience I have had in years. He is very professional, his office manager is very responsive to her customers. They shipped my Mini Cooper to Maryland thru the snow. My Wife has since taken it from me. Their prices are very fair and the vehicle was in excellent condition!! I love driving my R53. We bought it in 2013 and it had 14k miles on it. It did have trouble with the power steering pump. I fixed it and that’s the only problem. It now has 70k.

Friendly staff, not too pushy; however, Buyer Beware -- they do a great job making a car look great both in pictures and in person, but the car we bought turned out to have nearly non-existent brakes, badly worn rotors, and, unfortunately, engine damage from having been run with little to no oil in the past. We checked the oil in the parking lot, looked new and topped off, and no signs of leaking. Didn't check the exhaust pipe, however, which would have given a clue to the amount of oil the engine was (is) burning. We discovered this upon getting a 120K mile service interval one week *after* purchase from XDrive -- they pulled the oil filter and there was a TON of metal shavings in it, and we soon discovered that its burning oil at the rate of approx. one quart per gas tank or six hours of driving time. Only way to have found this was to have it checked by a mechanic *before* purchase.

Best car that i have owned so for. Looking to add another someday. looking forward for my next Mini which will be a manual shift...gotta try one of those out.
