Used 2016 MINI Hardtop for sale near Pittsburgh, PA

I was looking to buy a new vehicle and Sam Thurman was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional. I have been back with questions and he has been kind and helpful. Next time we need a vehicle we will be back to have Sam help us. The financer that we worked with was not professional as we felt very pressured.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

Responsiveness to questions and concerns was unusually good. Whatever I expected to be done was done better than I expected. They brought the car to my door from Atlanta to northern South Carolina using a dedicated driver and another in a follow car. Both drivers were a very pleasant surprise. The person who drove my new car was a well dressed, well spoken, mature woman. The follow car driver was an older man equally competent and very pleasant to work with on the delivery and final paperwork. Similarly, the crew in the showtoom who I never got to meet, followed up quickly and attentively in every challenge. Great experience.

I got a wonderful car from Imported Motor Cars in Maine. It’s a beautiful car, incredibly fun to drive, and surprisingly fits tall folks well (my husband is 6’5”). The 2016 model is high in reliability according to CR, and I haven’t found it to be different. It has great gas mileage and is pretty good in snow.

Purchased used in January 2020. Vehicle had low miles for a 2016 and was in nearly new condition. Was a certified pre-owned and have had absolutely no issues.

Allan did an amazing job of helping me get info on cars and CarMax process. Ultimately they didn't have the car I wanted but I did end up selling my used Kia there. Kim was amazing and super pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process exchange. Will use them in the future 100% if I need to.

Fun car, not good for long trips though. Perfect for around town. Just a little to low for older adults, can be difficult to get in and out.

BMW / Mini really got it right with this 3rd generation 2016 Mini Cooper S. None of the headaches or reliability issues of previous years.... This car is incredible to drive. This is as solid a car as any car in the current BMW line up. Draws looks and smiles every where we go. So many features, So quick and responsive, it is incredible, way ahead of its time. The performance is exhilarating. My wife and I used this as a weekend car to drive up to our sailboat to spend the weekend on beautiful Lake Texoma from Frisco about a 60 mile trip each way to spend the weekends. Solid, safe secure, very reliable and dependable. Never had a problem one! We had more fun driving this car than any other we have ever owned and we have had 2 Honda Civics, 4 Honda Accord Sports of various years , 2017 CRV, 3 Porsches, a 2016 944, 2004 & 2013 Boxer S, and a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Limited. This baby tops them all... This car is a smile a mile....

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! Everyone was very easy to work and accommodating on a Sunday. They are over 90 mins away from me but, the trip was worth it.

We have had multiple great experiences with this location. Steve, a sales manager was great and so helpful! We had mechanical issues with one of our cars and they took it back within the 30-day warranty with no issue!! I highly recommend this CarMax location for your car buying purchases!!
