They tried to pressure me into buying, could barely tell me anything about the vehicle, the vehicle was in bad shape, and all service was automated in a bad way where you get left wondering if anything is happening. So I went back to Schomp, Lisandio had got me financing despite the car being older than 10 years, he walked me through everything. Schomp also did more service work on the vehicle too, new brakes and tires.

I began the search online and went to the dealership at the suggestion of Karen Fortune to see the car and consider putting down a deposit to hold the car. Karen was off that day. Steve Emerson stepped in and encouraged me to get a trade in value for my 2002 Jaquar. Steve counseled me in a a very professional, no nonsense manner. He worked with me in very clear, upfront terms. I was able to understand the options I had given all the variables. Steve made completing the deal easy. I left feeling that the Steve worked out a win for both me and the dealership. Karen made a point to stop by on her day off and check in. This was without a double the most pleasant, stress free automobile transaction I have ever experienced. My maintenance technician was Jeff. He was professional, kind, explanatory, and patient. He answered all questions and provided additional information. I was very pleased with him. I'm bringing my car back again on Wednesday to complete the maintenance work which will be covered by my extended warranty.

My first time getting serviced after purchasing my first BMW and upon checking in he explained all of the services in detail that my car will need and when to expect it and how CBS works. Told him i needed my car done by lunch time and it was done before then. He got me scheduled for recommended services for a later date with no pressure and no issue. Car was returned back to me in excellent condition.

Had taken my MINI in due to a battery discharge issue. They gave the car an entire inspection and ended up replacing the battery. Very good service.
