Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

Had been searching for a vehicle all weekend (went to Reliable and Toyota off Alameda) had the worst experience's there!! Was referred to M & F to see Eric, scared because of the other experiences, but he welcomed us, didn't pressure us, we saw what we loved and he not only made it easy but also gave me a really good deal. The first girl that helped me was not helpful at all. She just stared at herself in the window, swinging her hair in the reflection. Then left me outside to look at vehicles by myself while she talked bad about another employee. Ugh.... BUT the man who took over was great. He has been working there a long time and is perfect at his job. He has integrity and that is the best trait in a sales rep. Very helpful and has a wonderful personality even if he was stressed.

This car is easy to drive, beautiful color, good on gas, handles well on cornering. Nice price and great tires too. This is my 3rd mini, so I love them!

Last week we traded in our 2019 Mini Countryman for a new 4-Door Hardtop Mini. I could simply say that our sales rep Lawrence Chavez sold us the car, but it was more than that. He went out of his way to help us select from the stock on hand, to explain the varied features and our options, and to make us comfortable with our final choice and with the Mini App. He is an exceptional representative. A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

We recently purchased a 2022 Denali and our advisor was Lawrence Chavez. He was wonderful to deal with from the very beginning until the end. We had our kids with us and he went out of his way to make sure each of us were taken care of through the process to include offers of drinks/snacks.
