It was my first time coming to this location for an inspection/emission (I live elsewhere so usually take my car to a local dealer). The mechanic/serviceman, Ben, was very respectful, courteous, and polite. Told me what was going on with my car and future things (like the air cabin filter) to be aware of. I did not feel patronized or pressured. Sometimes going to get your car fixed/inspected can feel like spilling money from your pockets, but this is a place you can trust your car with.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I am a first time buyer I went here with the intention to shop around all day and probably purchase a vehicle within a few days I was welcomed by Paul who was amazing I look at some vehicles but a Cadillac really caught my eye Paul seemed extremely honest and understood my situation and made everything very easy and made car buying very approachable I went to leave to look at different dealers but I was in my car and thought about it and I truly feel that they are extremely honest and I turned around without the amazing customer service I probably wouldn’t have bought a car that day but they made it a very comfortable experience I will definitely recommend them to family and friends and more importantly they will have my business in the future I suggest any first time buyer to go here first they are amazing and understandable

Absolutely amazing. He was very thorough with the paperwork and explained everything very well. Everything was very smooth and easy! I saw the car, test drove it, and finished the paperwork all within about two hours. The car was in great condition as stated. He was very accommodating and takes great care of you. Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

Tom and his colleagues were great to work with. It was my 2nd car purchases at the dealership and first under the new ownership. Tim was extremely helpful and very timely in keeping us apprised of status and updates throughout the process. Additionally the process started almost a year ago until we finally decided and received the car. Our relationship with Piazza Hyundai began when we purchased our 2012 Santa Fe from Tiffany Selfrit. The entire process was low-pressure, and Tiffany was very knowledgable and asked just the right questions to ensure that we got the vehicle that was right for us. Since then, Piazza's excellent service department has converted me from a "car dealership sceptic" to a devoted client. I have always been treated courteously, professionally, and fairly when bringing my car in for service -- as if I were a valued customer. My husband and I recently had the opportunity to experience Piazza's dedication to their clients on a whole other level when we broke down in Maryland on a 3 day road trip. Our car was towed to another Hyundai dealership in Salisbury, where we had to leave it for diagnostics. We were assured that they would call us the next day to give us an update. We rented a car and continued our trip. Unfortunately, the Salisbury dealership did not call the next day (or since -- and that was 10 days ago!), despite our numerous phone calls to them. On the second day I called Rick Stubblebine, my service manager at Piazza. He immediately expressed concern and relieved much of our anxiety about the situation by offering to contact the Salisbury dealership personally to see what he could do for us. His assurance that "you aren't in this alone" was incredibly reassuring, and demonstrated to us his extraordinary commitment to his clients. Since then, Rick has continued to advocate for us, and has taken it upon himself to check in regularly with us and the other dealership. Although the problem has not yet been resolved, Rick's kindness and dedication has certainly made us #1 fans and future customers of Piazza Hyundai!

I loves mini, its simple cute and small car but has power. And the space isnt too bad. The gas consumption is also not much. A bit expensive for maintaining but its worth it.

This is a fun car and a nice drive, would recommend for anyone looking to buy a newer car on the market. Looks great and drives great.

We always get great service at BMW of Allentown. Always on time and courteous. Great videos of “as found” conditions help us make smart decisions for needed repairs. We live in Jim Thorpe so it’s quite a hike for us but well worth the trip.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.
