Car drives just great! Quick off the start, great passing oompth on the freeway. I just put the transmission into the sport mode and hang on! Fun to drive, great gas mileage, excellent warranty. And, the best dealership (Mini of Montgomery County ) I have ever dealt with.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

My M235 needed a new tire, discovered by your receiving team upon my arrival. Andrew quickly located a replacement and had it delivered and handed off to your first-class service team. Must compliment your music selection ? this is important! A son of the early 70s, the music being played throughout the Baron home this day was incredible. Clients sitting in the waiting lounge took notice; some made comment on how great the music was and what a pleasure it was to be sitting there, waiting. Baron BMW is a top-tier organization. Employees appear to enjoy being there. Facility appearance parallels that of a hospital ER (I saw one of the service reps hunt down a broom and dustpan and sweep up something I couldn?t even see from my seat 18 feet away ? pride, ownership, attention to detail.) When my CPO X3 vehicle went in for service the shop foreman helped diagnose my issue on a ride along which helped identify the issue my X3 was having, all of this couldn't have happened without the care and attention of my service advisor, Patrick. Truly an outstanding bunch of humans at Baron, from the service manager, on down. My issue has been completely resolved.

This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

Great experience! They were willing to negotiate based on my wilingness to finance as opposed to paying a large sum of cash down. The sales consultant, Misty, was very knowledgeable and courteous. She took the time to go over all the many features of this car. There were no pushy sales tactics from her, or sales manager, or the finance manager. I would highly recommend the dealership and Misty as sales consultant!

The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

This car is a joy to drive. I've wanted one for years and finally took the plunge...I'm so glad I did! Don't let the small size fool you...it's roomy!

We worked with Eddie Arnold and can't say enough nice things about him. He listened to us and kept an eye out for a car that would work for us. We ended up purchasing a used vehicle elsewhere, but would do business with Eddie any time. Don't be afraid to contact him. He won't bombard you with calls and emails. Just enough to let you know he's still got you on his radar.

It has plenty of legroom in the front and back. It has 1 USB port. The car was special ordered. Fun to drive with almost all of the options.

I had three strikes against me. (1) I had a new job and had yet to receive my first paycheck, (2) I went head to head with a deer in my old car and lost... totaling the car, (3) I didn't have much for a down payment. No dealerships were willing to 'help' me with my current circumstances. Then I found Instacar and all three hurdles were overcome with great patience and kindness by Alex. I purchased the used 2016 Mini S Countryman All Wheel Drive in March 2019. It is a great car for everyday commuting, with a lot of options including leather seats and sunroof. I did about 10k miles (currently at 33k). It has a sportive driving at low fuel consumption. Lots of fun to drive with great mechanics and reliability of a German car.

I just purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from Selection Auto that is in great condition inside and out. They all went out of their way to please us. I was really impressed and will return again for my next used car. Over all I would rate them very high. Jerry
