Bought our pre-owned 2025 Lexus NX350H last week. Salesman Kareem was super. Patient, knowledgeable, informative, not pushy. Enjoyable experience. All the folks at Johnson were pleasant and hospitable.

Ray and team did a great job helping me get my car situated. Even getting his other team involved. Big ups for the tram and I hope he's there next time I take my car in. 0 concerns. 10/10 highly recommend.

CarMax West Broad review
My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

Absolutely amazing!!! AJ and the rest of the staff were very professional and simply a joy to work with. I honestly felt like I was working with some angels! They did not jack up the price like most dealers. They were fair and honest. I will be purchasing another vehicle from them!! Also, I too was in and out with quick fast service. Way to go guys! Keep up the excellent work!
2018 MINI Clubman review
This is my second Mini and I didn't know if I would love the Clubman S more than my old Countryman, but I absolutely made the right call getting the Clubman. It handles so well, is so peppy, and comfortable. I don't know if I can ever drive another car other than a Clubman! I honestly have nothing negative to say and I have been driving this car for just over 1 year.

Adams North Charlotte review
We went by to look at one car but it was out for repairs. Our second choice was available so we took it for a test drive. We were so pleased with the salesman, Amir, who was so calm, helpful, and honest with us about our car options. We thanked him for facilitating such a chill car buying experience.

My mini meets all of my needs. Very comfortable and I am always receiving compliments from others that do not drive a mini, but wish they did.

2017 MINI Clubman review
Love my Mini Clubman. Everyone wants to go in my car! I have 65,000 miles and have had no issues. I get my oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled maintenance only from MIni as I have observed regular mechanics scratching their heads after lifting the hood!
