Group 1 Nissan Round RockReviews
Group 1 Nissan Round Rock review
We reached out to the dealership through Carfax and received an email from Gil. We set a time to test drive the vehicle around our schedule. We were greeted promptly by Gil and offered coffee and water while he readied the desired vehicle for test drive. Gil was very cordial and friendly and very thorough in showing us the features of the car. We did a test drive with Gil and decided to go forward and discuss pricing options. We were given a fair value for our trade in and agreed to purchase. The whole process was handled professionally and promptly. We were very pleased with the whole process and highly recommend Gil and the team at Group 1 Nissan Round Rock, Texas

Excellent customer service. Loraine and Chris do a great job job. The technician went straight to Mitsubishi to determine what was wrong. I would recommend them to anyone.

Elder Mitsubishi - Killeen review
I have had my new Outlander for almost a month now, I love it so much!! So happy G was there to help me the whole step of the way! It was my first time buying a new car and he answered every question. Danny was also great! He made sure I understood everything I was signing! Loved both their personalities ? Definitely telling family and friends about Elder Mitsubishi in Killeen!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

2016 Dodge Grand Caravan review
The Dodge Grand caravan 2016 R/T is a unique and safe vehicle. All it needs is care and attention. If you change oil on time and do not allow any fluid to run low your chances of having a long lasting vehicle is truly good. Maintenance is the key.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Cleo Bay Honda review
Because of unexpected circumstances, we weren't able to purchase a Honda for our daughter. But Johnny and Josh deserve a more than 5 star rating!!! Johnny let her come in on short notice to test drive several models that we hadn't planned on even test driving. Johnny genuinely tried to find a car within our budget. Amazing service. They also called us overseas so we could be there as they explained to our daughter how purchase and financing options work. Josh and Johnny will work so hard to find the right car for you. Highly recommend for first time buyers. Also very military friendly. Just cannot recommend enough.
2025 Honda Odyssey review
Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.
