After much research, I found, what I felt to be, a good deal on a used car. I drove from from Orlando to Ocala intending to purchase the vehicle after a test drive. I test drove the car, liked the way it drove and purchased the vehicle. Because my wife could not drive the vehicle home, I pulled a trailer from Orlando to Ocala and towed the car home. After getting home and unloading the car, I realized that there was no sound from the radio, phone, and nav. I had forgotten to test the sound system when I test drove the car. I called my salesman, Mike "Irish" Bedaw to see if there was anything he could do. He spoke to his sales manager, also named Mike, and they told me to bring the car back and they would take a look at the issue. I returned the car late afternoon on a Tuesday. On Friday morning, Irish called and told me the car had a faulty Amp which was replaced at no charge to me. Even though I had to make 3 round trips from Orlando, I was very pleased with the way this situation was handled and with the way that my wife and I were treated. I have lots of experience dealing with car dealers and never as positive as this. Very pleased with VW of Ocala.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I have been purchasing cars for 52 years. Most of those have been BMW's, Mercedes and Infinity's. I purchased a new Genesis GV80 last year. I love this SUV. Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

It was a wonderful experience with Scott and Mathew as my sales men they where clear and understanding of what I wanted and needed and they worked hard to get it for me I’m thankful everything went smoothly. I love my truck , I would recommend them because I have bought cars from them in the past and also my family.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

One thing I could say , they are very responsive. I wish I was able to make a deal if it wasn’t for my down payment amount I would taken that car so bad . I need it too .

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
