About 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle, the vehicle had a loud noise coming from the engine. I informed Andy of the problem. I contacted the warranty company and informed the warranty company of the engine problem. Andy contacted the warranty company to assist me with getting the engine replaced. Andy contacted the repair shop to have the engine diagnosed and to have the engine replaced. Andy went above and beyond to provide quality customer service. Andy contacted the warranty company numerous times to ensure that the warranty was processed to replace the engine. I am very satisfied with the quality of service he provided to satisfy me. The repair shop replaced the engine. The vehicle is running properly. Thank you AA Motors/Andy for providing me with excellent customer service and ensuring that the vehicle was in good running condition!
