He went out of his way to help me meet my deadline for getting it done, and it felt like he was personally taking care of me. He helped me order the part, got me in to get it installed, and all was well 1 day before I needed it done. I would highly recommend their service department, and John in particular, if you ever need any type of service done on a car that they handle. And all of this despite the fact that I did not purchase the car there.
