My husband and my new car purchase (1972 Monte Carlo) was actually the first sale for Bob SERPENTINI. We have continued to purchase all our new vehicles, maintenance, any repairs or body work from SERPENTINI in Orrville. My husband passed a few years ago, but I only felt comfortable remaining with this dealership even though other dealerships were closer to my residence. At 80 yrs old there are many times that I find myself relying on my son to keep my appointments in Orrville. But I am hoping that I will be able to continue being a loyal customer for several more years. Especially in these times, feel lucky if you can find a business that a person can rely on and trust. Bob and his staff should be proud that they can offer this kind of service to customers every day! Thank you for my being able to drive my 2026 Equinox off of their lot LAST week!
2014 Mitsubishi Lancer review
It’s great I love it. It was very affordable and not to mention I haven’t had a single problem at 81,000 miles. Hopefully it stays that way I hear the weak point is it’s Nissan CVT transmission but I change the fluid for it every 20,000 miles and no problem for me.

I have owned my Lancer for two years. It doesn't give me any grief, it gets great mileage (29 miles /us gallon in town) and it has plenty of power.

2013 Mitsubishi Lancer review
This car never gave me any issues. Is very reliable and rides very smooth. I have made modifications to it listed in my listing. This car is for someone who enjoys cars and making modifications. The exhaust is louder than stock, but not too loud that the ride is not enjoyable.

2016 Mitsubishi Lancer review
I bought my 2016 Lancer 5 days ago and I already love it. I put it on the main highway and got it up to 100 mph and it did not feel like I was going that fast. It very easy to drive. It a simple car and that is fine with me ( I dont have to have all that modern stuff to drive a car.) With everything that I read about the car on line I thought I had made the wrong decision but after I drove it I knew it was the right car and right decision for me. I will post again after I have had the car for a while.

2013 Mitsubishi Lancer review
Glides down the road. Hard to restrain from dipping through traffic. Sound system better than one I have at home. When my old Lancer got multiple refusals of repairs from mechanics, I searched for a new one, holding my ground to all who advised me against a Mitsubishi. I love my Lancer, and feel xxxx bad xxx to own a second one of this specially made for me kind of a car! Feel safe in the car, great gas mileage, quick pick up, the shape of the car seems to be an extention of my actual body as it is too easy to swoop the vehicle down the road. Would recommend.

I loved this car so much ! It got me from Lafayette to Indianapolis so many times while i was in college . The only reason I’m giving it away is because I’m expanding my family and need a bigger car .
