In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. I purchased a pre-owned Subaru which had a couple issues. Bill Luke's service center took care of everything promptly. Brad and the service center staff were great. Altogether, from first looking for a car with the sales staff through the final service appointment, I have only the highest regard for Bill Luke Santan.

Dealership added lot extra to cost of car but was able to get most it removed. Salesperson very helpful. Sale area was nice but men bathroom was out service. There?s service dept was helpful too.

I’ve owned my new CrossTrek for six months now. I’d previously purchased two Foresters from this dealership. Alex is a low key no pressure salesman. Test drove many of their vehicles. Got a fair deal. A month after purchase I met with Betsy who is their tech specialist. She went over many of the new tech features and was excellent at explaining the many new features my 2017 Forester didn’t have. Took my car in for its first service this month. Del was my service advisor. He explained their service philosophy. Car only needed an oil change and tire rotation so things were easy. Would recommend the sales & service at this dealership without hesitation.

A used Toyota Prius with low mileage is hard to find. We had searched several websites, visited dealers for test drives and were getting discouraged that we would not find what we were looking for. This would be our third Prius (previous cars 2007 and 2011), so we knew what a great deal would look like. Earlier in the day we had almost bought a 2013 Prius V from another dealer, but our credit union was concerned about the price given the 69k miles. So we continued our search on Cars.com and found a 2015 Prius with low mileage at a great price at Waldorf Honda. We called to check the vehicle's availability and made our way in the rain to Waldorf around 5pm. Representative Mark Green was waiting for us when we arrived, with the car ready to test drive. Because Waldorf Honda had a certified lender relationship with our credit union the financing process went quickly. We had expected to have to come back the next day to pick up the car so that it could be fully detailed. But to our delight Mark Green had arranged to have the car cleaned and fresh (previous owner was a smoker) while we were in with finance and we were able to drive our 2015 Prius. YES, our days of 50 miles to the gallon driving have returned.

We bought an Audi Q7 from Marcella. She was friendly and upfront. The dreaded finance office even was pleasant. Car prices are what they are. I’d buy another here. Was disappointed with the 1/4 tank of gas lol I left more in my trade. And no inspection sticker. But overall great and those 2 things would not deter me.

After a bait and switch with Tucson Subaru where the quoted sale price of my Kia Soulgt went down 2k in three week, I went to CarMax. I had received an internet quotation that was about the original quote from Sabaru. Mr Davenport care the entire process, from a timely appraisal,to all the paperwork, to payment in less than1.5hours. Everyone was engaging, warm and professional.
