Denver Auto Company review
To begin this review, you should know that I rated the facilities a 4-star because, in this time of COVID, I was unable to enter the main building. The lot is cramped with gorgeous, fairly-priced vehicles, plus a small building in the center. There was no room for me to park my own vehicle when visiting, so I parked in the cul-de-sac. Now, about Stan. From the Ukraine, Stan is a compassionate, thoughtful salesman who spent our time together masked (because of COVID) and LISTENING to me as I fumbled with what I was looking for. He asked pertinent questions, took the time to understand what I was seeking, and was as transparent with me about the quality of the vehicle I had come to test-drive as is possible. I pointed out scratches. He admitted that they were problematic. I asked him about the timing belt: had it been changed? He didn't know, and didn't invent a story. He didn't say "yes" or "no," he said the most honest thing a car salesman can say: "I don't know. But I will find out for you." And, sure enough, he did! We talked about the timing belt replacement (which HAD happened, and this saves me $1,000 right off the bat). We talked about the provenance of the vehicle, a wreck it had been in eight years ago, how clean and immaculate the car was, both inside and out. I thought that the car was overpriced a bit, and I asked Stan what he thought. He agreed that it could be a bit lower, and on my first visit to the lot, he informed me that his boss had lowered the price of the car by $500. Which was music to my ears. I test drove the car. It handled beautifully. Ice-cold A/C, no pulling to the left or right. This car had been in a wreck before, but other than the CARFAX report mentioning it, I would never have known. Stan gave me the keys and said "Take this to your mechanic," so I did. I sat at my own personal mechanic's office and waited for an hour while they went through the car, front to back, paying close attention to the mechanical aspects of the vehicle. They found a leaking power steering rack and pump. That's IT. "Lou," said the owner of the shop. "This is the best vehicle you've brought us, and I am of the strong opinion you should BUY THIS CAR IMMEDIATELY." I wasn't sure, given the cost of replacing the power steering rack and pump. I went back to Stan. He wasn't sure, he said, but he'd check with the boss. I offered $500 less than the vehicle was priced at, even AFTER a $500 drop! Stan stood up for me with his boss, got the boss to agree, and sold me the car. In conclusion, I have a fantastic vehicle, low miles for its age, mechanically sound (except for the rack and pump, which I will get fixed on my own dime), and Stan has a customer for life in me. I've been in sales for forty years, and Stan did everything right. He shared what he could do, told me honestly what he couldn't do and, not once, not EVER, did he give me a hard-sell. He listened to me, he met my needs and then exceeded them. Kudos to Stan and to Denver Auto Company for the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Thank you.
2002 Mitsubishi Montero review
The 2002 Mitsubishi Montero LTD is most apparently the BEST car on the road. I have owned over 100 cars in my life time, and have owned this car for only ten years, it has over 230,000 miles on it now, and runs fresh as the day I bought it, when you hit a chug hole on the freeway its nothing, only a blip, very smooth ride, it will stop on a dime, and I mean a DIME, I got plenty of stories how it stops, it would be legendary if I told you. It also eats snow for breakfast, as if snow is nothing,...at ALL. Buy one you will never regret it.

2001 Mitsubishi Montero review
I went from a Mazda3 to this car because I wanted something bigger that was also competent off-road. I have not been disappointed. This car is phenomenal. The worst part of it is no doubt the fuel economy (15-16 MPG of premium gas, Costco saves me big money in this aspect). The upsides are everything else. I've taken this car everywhere, from long trips on highways to off-roading to just driving to school. I've even slept in it multiple times (why waste cargo space on a tent when you can just fold the seats into bed mode and sleep like a log?). This car gets a 15/10 for practicality in my book just because of all the storage, the modular interior (i.e. the third row can easily be removed for added cargo space), a full size spare that is REAR MOUNTED, which just looks amazing. It has amazing ground clearance while still not being that difficult to get into, and aftermarket running boards are only $150 max anyways. The stock center differential lock plus low range makes this thing unbeatable stock, though it is most definitely matched in off-road prowess by 4Runners and Land Cruisers. Why buy a Jeep and compromise creature comforts when you can buy a clean Montero for $3000 with all sorts of luxury? All in all, a great car.

2001 Mitsubishi Montero review
Comfortable seats, Nice on long drives, Easy to drive albeit slowly. Off Road My Montero surprised me! This thing is built like a tank and can show itself off crawling rocks and driving in Sand deep sand, Even Sand Dunes like a champ! In 2020 these vehicles are undervalued on the used market.
