I have bought two cars from May Motor???s, the one I am driving now I???ve had for five years. The employees have been there for many years so you don???t see new faces every time you walk in the door. Something comes up with your car you walk in there and they have answers for you???those guys really know what they???re doing. I take my 2016 Outlander sport there to be serviced. They have very friendly service personnel. I always feel very welcomed and as though I am an important client. They inform me if things need to be done while I am there so I don't have to return another time. I appreciate this because I do not live in Springfield and it is often not easy to get in to Springfield just anytime. When I call for an appointment it is easy and quick to get in. I don't have to wait weeks for an appointment. They also have good hours for working persons. I will continue to go to Napleton Volkswagen Springfield.
I've bought 5 cars at this dealership since 2010, 3 since 2016. Since Napleton bought it, the service department has gotten better and better, especially since Derek Owens took over as service manager. I have no qualms about recommending these guys to look after you Volkswagen vehicle!

I contacted the dealer about a truck I was interested in on cars.Com. A Mr. Lipscomb answered and informed me that the truck had sold but that he did have other trucks in that category. He also told me he could have some work done if I needed it. He was very polite and helpful, I will be going up there to look in person in a couple days. I expect to have another good review to post then.
Great service and all around great treatment at Don Vance Auto Sales in Marshfield, MO. Dan Miller answered my request on Cars.com about a Lincoln Town Car. He was very helpful and an all-around nice fellow. I bought the Lincoln I had inquired about and so far am very happy with my purchase.
I found a vehicle on the internet that I was interested in. When I called the dealership, I spoke with Dustin. He was very helpful in answering my questions. We agreed on the specifics before I ever saw the vehicle with an understanding that his description needed to be accurate. I drove 3 hours to the dealership to see the truck and finalize the purchase. Dustin had described the vehicle very accurately and I was pleased after inspecting the truck. They have a great selection of used trucks and I recommend visiting the dealership to pick one out. Had I not picked mine out before visiting, I would have had a hard time selecting one because there were 3 or 4 that I would have considered.
I had gone to 4 different dealerships shopping for a new RAM. Ended up at Don Vance in Marshfield. It was an hour and a half drive but ended up being worth it. Adam Clair was the absolute best. I took up 6 hours of his time and he never once was impatient with me. He never rushed, pushed or pressured me. I also feel like he got me the best possible trade-in value for the car I treaded it.
Overall it was a comfortable experience and I look forward to doing business with Don Vance in the future.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I felt I was treated very well I liked the service. I receive after the sale this is the third car l have purchased at your dealership.
