So I strayed one time over the past 20 years, and I didn?t make my purchase at Advantage BMW Midtown. I won?t make that mistake again?thanks to the entire team for another smooth transaction!

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. My service went smooth and the staff was friendly. The waiting area was nice. The wait wasn?t too long. They weren?t able to wash my car, but that?s not a big deal.

Great customer care. I was met at drive up and gave my purpose for visit. Service specialist took everything from there. A consultant kept me informed as service was performed. My wait was made pleasant with a full coffee bar, snacks and water.
