Having a special model mini cooper takes a special amount of care & maintenance and unfortunately the battery had died 2yrs into ownership but Oscar at BMW of Dallas took care of us..fortunately everything was under warranty and they were able to replace the battery and gave us in our way .

Buying a Hyundai at Norm Reeves Hyundai was a positive experience. Cesar is a great sales representative to work with. My whole family wanted to help me and he was very patient and helpful to us all as he fielded questions about all aspects of the car.

I'm not a fan of EV's because I feel their purpose is limited. That being said I bought this Ionic 6 as a city car and it is perfect. The reason I did this is because my Mercedes dealer wanted to charge me $1,700 for front brakes on a 2 year old car with less than 15k miles. Doesn't make sense to drive a car like that around town but it is great for trips of any size. The Ionic 6 is just fun to drive. And what makes it even better is I live in a carriage house and it would be hard to install a charger. This car comes with free charging for 2 years and I have a charge station 3 miles from where I live so it is perfect.

This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had - and I have had lots over the years. We were looking for a specific Jeep to pull behind our RV that was hard to find. CJ worked hard to meet our needs and exceeded our expectations! We got a jeep we love! Next car I buy will be from Forest Lane and CJ!

Courage did an excellent job in the sales experience for the Porsche Cayenne we bought. The only complaint I have is the wait time for the financing to go through. This was due to the fact that it was a 2014 model. But, again, financing experience at any dealer has never been better or worse.

Service advisor was very good. Appointment required and turnaround on warranty work was fast.

I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on a really impressive discount. After I arrived I was informed that all of the trucks with that discount had sold several days prior after I was told by multiple people that truck was there. I was then informed by the manager that it was a mess up on their end. At most dealerships that wouldve led me to leave however their salesman and the manager not only honored the discount on a different truck but put me in a newer, less miles, and better equipped model for a difference of maybe $800. While the mix up of what had sold versus what was available was frustrating. The fact that the salesman and manager worked with me to get me an even better deal speaks volumes. Also, no hidden add ons or xx was a huge plus!

I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! Very smooth experience overall. I had made an appointment to replace the alternator and brought my own replacement part. They ran diagnostics first to make sure the alternator was actually bad and also suggested to replace the drive belt (car was going on 80K miles).

The dealership had the car ready when we got there it was GREAT and just had to wait on finace papers!!

Had service work done to my 2023 Explorer ! Jovanni was awesome at getting me in quickly and getting all work done in less time than normal !!!
