They were all very helpful and kind. They gave me great trade in value for my vehicle and they helped me get all rebates and deals that were available to me.
2026 Chevrolet Tahoe review
Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

We recently purchased our new Explorer from these folks , we knew what we wanted prior to coming in . Went in on Saturday and talked to Eric for about 15 minutes. Came back on Monday with check and was out the door with Our new Explorer ! Spent about 1/2 hr with Ryan who's knowledge and Experience of the vehicle made it easy to understand all the technology and workings of the vehicle! Thank you for a Professional service as always! 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

2026 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Overall pretty good, however it is undocumented if you turn off or adjust some of the safety setting it will cause light on dash to come on and make you think issue with system (ex collision if you change from default of alert and brake to alert only). I think this is an issue and should not light dash light to indicate an issue with the system because of alert settings.

The waiting room was cold and everyone in it had to keep their Jacket on. Also the lady setting up the oil change was not very pleasant
2026 Chevrolet Suburban review
I recently purchased the 2026 Chevrolet Suburban Premier, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The vehicle offers a perfect mix of power, luxury, and practicality. The updated design feels both bold and refined, and the interior comfort is next-level — from the premium leather seats to the incredibly quiet cabin. On the road, the ride is smooth and confident. The V8 engine delivers plenty of power for highway driving and towing, while the suspension makes it easy to handle despite its size. The new tech features are also impressive — the large infotainment display, wireless connectivity, and advanced safety systems really elevate the driving experience. Overall, the 2026 Suburban Premier feels like a true full-size luxury SUV that’s built for families, road trips, and anyone who appreciates comfort and performance. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliability, space, and a touch of elegance in a powerful SUV.

Ford of Hibbing review
Working with Ford of Hibbing was a great car buying experience. I shopped at other area dealers, but Ford of Hibbing is the only dealership that stood out and delivered on their promises!!
2026 Ford Maverick review
I purchased the Maverick Lariat Hybrid a little over a month ago. I have 1500 miles on it now. It has all the bells and whistles on it. I bought it not because of the price but because it was small and what I needed for my use and all the safety features included. I can pick up things for the house and yard and carry off the trash. It has sign recognition as well as speed adjustment. If I am going 55 and the speed goes down to 45 it will decrease my speed. It is a setting you can turn on or off. It also has true lane centering. Technically as long as you keep your hand on the steering wheel it is almost self driving. It is getting about 45 MPG now. I am told the longer you drive and get more miles the more the MPG will actually go up. I am really glad I purchased it. I have nothing but positive things to say about the truck. The dealer gave me the Ford support line on a couple of issues I had with the software and the support staff cleared up the issues. They stayed on the phone for over an hour correcting the software issue and the settings in the console. It has been a positive experience for me.

Grand Rapids Chevrolet GMC review
From the moment that we drove into the lot 10 minutes before the business closed to the end when my son got the perfect vehicle for him our experience was excellent. The sales manager could not have been nicer and accommodating to let us take the vehicle overnight for a test drive. She filled it up with gas and gave us a lot of the details of the car. Nate we can?t say enough good things about as he takes great care of our whole family whenever anyone is in need of a vehicle. He is the kind of guy with an amazing personality and will go above and beyond. You just trust him and want to go back! Both of the finance people were amazing on a personal level with coming out to speak with is just as a customer to Zach finishing the sale with ease. We will always use the Grand Rapids business for all of our needs! Thank you!!!

Ford of Hibbing review
We were in a difficult situation, but Mitch and Justin worked with us to get what we needed at a cost/payment we could afford. Thanks again!!

Genesis of Minneapolis review
Ethan was excellent showing us the car and explaining the features, unfortunately a smoker previously owned the vehicle and the smoke smell was a hard no. Ethan spoke to the sales manager and found out another low mileage vehicle equipped the same coming in shorty. Saw that vehicle today and purchased. Ethan was great as was Cassie the Finance person. Easy financing and paperwork completion. Highly recommend this dealership

Genesis of Minneapolis review
My sales rep Ethan was great at showing me the differences between the G70 and G80. After test driving the cars, Ethan was able to pull up all of the cars we looked at on an iPad on one page and showed me the costs of each including purchase and lease options. The finance rep Cassie was really helpful in showing me the available extras and I felt her recommendations were honest and in my best interest. The extras only had a small impact on my monthly costs. There were no forced extras on the cars which I appreciated. The entire process was easy and simple. The dealership is very nice and clean including the showroom, waiting area, and bathrooms.
