John is a great sales person, knowledgeable and no pressure. The service department is awesome there too. We’ve bought 6 cars in the last 12 years from John Sabin and had all the maintenance work done at Price Leblanc. They are top notch.

Car is great so far except for a few things that are very disappointing. The defrost setting don’t stay on when remote starting the car. Dont know about AC yet The key fob remote range to start car is not good. Not happy with the Toyota app making me use a pass code to use my phone. Why not just a passcode to use the Toyota App.

We just bought our first Mercedes, 2018 350 GLE. Lynn was our sales representative. I have know Lynn since the 7th grade, and our families are close with our kids all having known each other as well as young adults. It was like homecoming for us, and I was amazed at just how busy she was, and always treating all her customers as if they were family! That's a good feeling. Everyone we worked with at the Dealership, was just as kind, friendly, as Lynn. An awesome buying experience! This SUV is suitable for city and highway driving. It is comfortable. I haven't had the car for a month, so far it's good enough for me I have an LE model Cross

From the minute I walked into the building everyone was pleasant and willing to help. Matt (my sales guy) was knowledgeable, helpful (but not too pushy...(I would have left if he was) and returned my calls and email promptly.

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.
