Leesburg Volkswagen review
Leesburg VW REVIEW 01/2026. I totally recommend this Volkswagen dealership and here is why! Since 2024 I have purchased 3 VW Tiguans from this dealership, yes 3! Even though it’s 50 minute drive each way I would not go to any other place. In contrast to 2022 when I purchased a VW Tiguan from VW of Orlando, these 2 dealerships are night & day, with Leesburg VW (Jenkins) being so superior in every way. Jenkins Leesburg Volkswagen out performs any other dealership Barr none. Jenkins VW will beat any other VW quote. Car buying today is what home buying was cost wise in the 1970’s it’s an expensive purchase which requires research on your part. Saying that I am confident after your vehicle research, Jenkins VW will beat and offer a superior deal, for the vehicle of your choice! I attest they did for me and I’m a nobody, but a loyal customer. My experience can be your experience. The moment you enter this dealership you notice how organized, clean, friendly it is! Brenda the concierge receptionist with her friendly smile will prepare the best latte for you, as well as, answer any questions you may have. The salespeople do not hound you, do not pressure you, they will tell you if and when your ready for a quote, checkout a vehicle they will assist you. I personally dealt with Andrew, a well informed salesperson. No pressure, no deceit, no discomfort, a friendly smile, with a good sense of humor who will assist & guide you through all the details that come with a purchase. Ask for Andrew! Finance or lease, Jeff; finance manager will make the terms & numbers you agree with the salesperson work! Yes you agree on what you want, expect and agree with and Jeff will complete a financial package you agreed to, customized just for you, this I promise! The General Manager James Vardis, will go over and above to make your deal and agreement happen, and yes with a convincing smile and handshake. Walk around the dealership, say hello to Bobbie the cashier next to parts department, the most knowledgeable and friendly person I have ever met my times at this dealership wouldn’t be complete unless I spent time talking with Bobbie. Whether it be the floors of the dealership, the restroom, office space the customer lounge all speaks volumes of how the GM Mr Vardis oversees this dealership. My experience deals I never thought possible can and did happen because of Andrew, Jeff, Mr Vardis, Brenda and Bobbie each contributing to make my purchases so satisfying and will make yours too. Jenkins sales doesn’t stop after you purchase, but you become part of a family. Upon purchasing a vehicle you will always receive the individualized attention you deserve for as long as you visit this dealership for whatever reason. I am not affiliated with Jenkins or any other dealership, I am a very satisfied customer and VW family member if Jenkins VW of Leesburg, FL
2026 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Great 28.3 mileage w 500 mile cruising range on regular gas. Seat comfort, engine performance (no turbo lag), quality, great quiet ride, ventilated massage seats, and tons of upscale standard equipment quickly made us forget our 2022 Audi Q5 Premium Plus Sportback with a 15K savings and even more features. Best buy on a mid sized luxury SUV. Would highly recommend!

Jenkins Hyundai of Homosassa review
Great staff and service. No pressure sat and talked what we were looking for did our research for what we wanted. Greeted by secretary, Parry. Friendly and cheerful. Met Geovany, sales, friendly and listened for what we were looking for. Found the car we were interested in and met Sergio, manager. Says he would give us the best deal. I inquired online about the Sante Fe we were interested in; it was parked outside waiting for us. Bob, sales, had already gassed it up and brought it over. We did the test drive; it was a used 2020 it was immaculate in and out. Sergio gave us a good deal; 1st time we ever at a dealership that we didn't have to haggle for price. They were all like family and treated us as. The most pleasurable car experience ever. Geovany called a couple of time to check on us and to make sure we were happy with the Santa Fe. The only downside was the battery was original from 2020. They do a complete check up on their used car/trucks and bring all maintenance up to date. Detailed it and special coated it to keep love bugs easy to clean. When I informed Giovany about the battery, they replaced with a new one, Service manager met me at the door and took it right in, no wait. Really can't say enough about them, they now have a customer for life. They kept us hydrated with sparkling water with all the talking and joking going on. Thank you all. Bob/Marie

Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg review
Mr. Jenkins, Salesmen/ladies (Brady)and (Robert) and employees it was rewarding to drive over 180 miles to review a Toyota Rav4 that I wanted. After a test drive, we discussed a price. With little negiotation I got it for a less cost than posted and happy purchase. Your men Brady/Robert worked to fix my vehicle so I could drive it home. It was a class purchase. I have had experiences before, but this was the BEST one in my life. You are praised for running a satisifying business for your customer. I am happy I drove down to your dealership.

I have bought two cars from Robert Brown. He is the best, experience, knowledgably, patience, very customer oriented, and after training sales people for many years, I know the difference. If needed I would buy a third car from Robert. Very courteous and friendly staff at Jenkins of Leesburg. Buy your next car there and be a satisfied customer as I am.

Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg review
Meeting the person I had been in contact with was the toughest part. I let them know when I have them a 2 hr advance notice of when I was coming but they were out on a lunch run. Then I just stood at the doorway by the receptionist waiting for someone to find me that they had paged. I finally tracked them down. Then, we walked away not knowing our financing details such as locked in rate and who our loan was with. After 2.5 weeks and 4 tries calling I finally got the information. Staff was friendly and quick. Facility was clean and inviting to customers.

Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg review
This message is for the General Manager: I was in your facility this last Saturday to have my 2023 Santa Fe serviced. During that time, I met with Tony, and ultimately his manager Tom Van. I had had a really bad week since my partner of 30 years had just been diagnosed with ALS, and I was trying to reduce some of our financial obligations in light of her medical future. They were both very understanding, kind and helpful , and after significant time had the grace to work with me for lowering our monthly payment on a new car. I cannot thank them enough, or express my. Gratitude for their understanding and help. I believe this is our 6th Hyundai. Thank you, and them, from the bottom of my heart!

Excellent buying experience is a summary of it all. From the beginning of my initial inquiry to the hand shake at the end Jeremiah was pleasant and demonstrated good mannerisms and Chris was on point. He did a nice job securing the best car that meets my needs and was very fair in pricing. I will certainly buy again and I really like my Passat

Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg review
This is our 3rd car we bought from Jenkins Hyundai. Always had superior sales people to help us find the car that is just right for us. Each person is very knowledgeable and very friendly. There is a a great variety of cars to choose from. Service area is nice and comfy and a good selection of drinks and goodies to chose from. From the minute we pulled in the lot we were greeted by a friendly sales person who took us around to see what we were looking for, made suggestions and guided us through the buying process. Finance dept. was an easy process and the financial officer was easy to understand. After we bought the car our salesperson sat in the car explaining all the features and had us go through all of them with him. We can call him anytime with questions. They also have classes for new car buyers, which is awesome.

Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg review
We are no-nonsense, straight up kind of people and car shopping is our least favorite thing to do in the world. However, this was a much different experience. They had a good selection of cars and had the trim and color we wanted. We live 3 hours away and working with John in internet sales was very easy. No pushy sales or pressure; and the no haggle pricing was easy to understand and saved us money as compared to the dealers in my city. Estimating our trade in value was also easy despite the long distance. We could not tell from the website some details about the car, but John and Tabitha took photos and emailed them to us- went the extra mile. Once there, our car was ready for pick up; we got the "tour" from John, completed the required paperwork and we were out the door. A very pleasant car buying experience.
