I just bought a 2018 4Runner from Tyler Korenek. I will say that I have always hated to buy a car because of the salesman! BUT my meeting Tyler and him being my Salesman was amazing and I was very blessed! I went in several months ago, just to look, was looking to buy by July or August. I had no clue what make of vehicle I wanted. I just knew I wanted an SUV and it has to have certain things on it. Tyler was NEVER pushing, he listened to my wants and needs. Fast forward to now and I saw a 4Runner on the lot. I texted Tyler about it, he did not text me because he knew I was still months from buying. Went in and YES it was exactly what I wanted plus more. Made a deal and I am the new owner of a 4Runner, several months before I had planed to buy! Tyler is a no pressure salesman! if anyone is looking for a truly no pressure buy then please go see Tyler and tell him I sent you!

He is an exceptional manager and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired to its original condition. His expertise and attention to detail were truly remarkable, and I cannot thank him enough for the exceptional work he did. In addition to the exceptional service, the waiting area was clean and comfortable with complimentary refreshments, and the service was completed in a timely manner. I was kept informed every step of the way, and the staff made sure that I was completely satisfied with the service before I left. My wife and I purchased a new RAV-4 from Jeff Hunter Toyota My wife and I purchased a new RAV-4 from Jeff Hunter Toyota in Waco TX on 10/14/2024 after shopping online and in person at several Toyota Dealerships in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Krystal Marshall was our sales person and Brandon Bonge handled the financing and paperwork. However, Loren Lookingbill was the outstanding star of our experience at Jeff Hunter Toyota. Krystal was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was not your typical pushy, manipulative car sales person. I told her what we wanted, it was not in stock but she found it and we agreed on an out-the-door price with very little haggling. However, the RAV-4 we originally agreed to buy was not available. Krystal found a replacement and after a modification in the agreed upon out-the-door price, we happily made the deal. Brandon was also friendly and knowledgeable but he made an error on the paperwork. A Mechanical Breakdown policy which I did not want or agree to purchase was added to the final sale. This oversight added $2,500 to the cost of the vehicle. I was equally responsible for this error because I did not insist on reviewing a hard copy of the paperwork before we signed it electronically. So In my opinion, Brandon still rates 5-stars. When I discovered the $2,500 error the next day, I called the dealership to speak with Brandon. However, Brandon was not there and Loren Lookingbill took my call. I explained the problem and Loren took care of it without hesitation. A refund was received a few days later. A copy of the Bill of Sale was not included in our paperwork. All the information on the Bill of Sale was included in the financing contract so I was not concerned. However, our auto insurance company wanted a copy of the Bill of Sale. I contacted Loren and he emailed me a copy within minutes of my request. Loren was not involved in the original sale or responsible for the problems I encountered. However, he stepped up, immediately resolved the issues and kept me a satisfied customer. If the rest of the employees at Jeff Hunter Toyota treat their customers like Krystal, Brandon and Loren, then I look forward to patronizing this establishment in the future.

The only problem in this truck is no power seat and heater control only does one side . Real view mirror is to small . Other than that great truck !!

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

I came in to get my oil changed at 8 AM on a Saturday. They were thorough and quick-just what I needed with three little ones accompanying me. The coffee was fresh and the play room was a welcome spot.

I have NEVER had a more pleasant experience buying a vehicle than when I bought our Jeep Wrangler on 12/17/2015. Lets face it, most of the time this is not the case. This dealership, specifically Rolando, my salesperson, and Marco, the sales manager, stepped up and met my request on pricing and add-ons with no pushback. I would send my friends, family, and strangers to this location. But the person who really turned the lemons into cold beer, was Leslie Cooper, the Finance Director. She could orcerstrata a class in customer service and professionalism. It was nothing short of spectacular! She was prepared, professional and informed from the moment I stepped into her office....and kinda funny! I will never purchase another vehicle from any another location, ever.

I recently had a total loss on my car, so I was in a rush to find another. I contacted Chad Johnson, who ask what I was looking for and apparently is excellent at his job. I live out of town, but drove to Waco to check out the vehicle he located for me. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. He listened and worked with others to find this vehicle as it came from Gainesville, TX. I purchased the vehicle that afternoon (I could see it ahead of time-online) and drove it back to my home that same weekend. The car was mechanically sound, beautiful pearl/silver color w/leather interior (looked brand-new) and it was a used car. I am so, so happy working with Chad Johnson and B-K that I plan to purchase my next vehicle with them. Chad listened and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. He is a top notch person and sales person. I highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for the perfect vehicle for them.

Initially bought a used 2023 GLE AMG, but it had a perfume odor that was not acceptable to us or dealership. Purchased based on assurance that could be corrected. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts, and not a lack in trying, dealership could not remove the smell. They facilitated us trading for a new 2025 GLE 350 with a minimum amount of hassle. While two ends of performance spectrum (we were loaned a 350 while they worked multiple days on the AMG), we discovered for everyday needs the 350 would work well for our needs.

I was rear ended on I35 in Fort Worth on May 24, 2025 while in our 25 RAV4. We were hit at 70 MPH while we were slowed for backed up traffic. I had the car towed to Waco for repairs, and they really impressed us. The car was in bad shape when it arrived. Collision Estimator was Corbin, and he lead the team, worked with insurance and although it took a while to repair, I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Looking at the car, and the drive home, I could not find anything wrong. Thank you to all, including the entire body shop/ collision/ and paint shop.

The new 4th Gen taco. It took some time to grow on me. But the style is much better then other mid size trucks on the market. It's great truck for what you need to do with it. With the massive 14 inch screen all new digital dashboard. New interior seats. Nice wide body shape. And it handles extremely well on the roads. Sure I wish Toyota would have made the rear leg room little wider. And added a step to the bed area. But overall it's a great a truck. The performance of the stock 2.4 turbo charge engine will move the truck.
