I have been coming to this dealership for some time now, sometimes for scheduled visits, sometimes for surprise visits like this last week when my check engine light came on. Jeremy and Gary worked with the technician to get my vehicle right in to find out we had a sensor go bad. The sensor was replaced and I was on the road in under 2hrs. So thankful they are there.

Drove every mid-size PU truck available. The Ranger Lariat won hands down. More room, better ride, and more power than the Tacoma. I read many of the pro reviews and totally agree, the 2025 Ranger is the best mid-size truck on the market. The V6 will blow you away.

My 2005 Acura RL was totaled on Saturday night and I needed a replacement. I wanted to replace the car with another Acura.... because I luv Acura. I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

Buying cars from a dealership has always been a painful experience. I always hated the delays, the salesman that would sell you anything and the general feeling these firms could care less about you as a customer. As a result, I have never felt any loyalty towards a particular dealership and just looked around until I found something wherever I happened to be. That changed last November when a friend recommended Lucas Ford. Living near Riverhead, I passed a half dozen different dealerships on my way to Southold (two of which I had purchased from before). I was amazed at the level of service and quite frankly the feeling of trust which I developed during my first visit and I purchased a vehicle on that visit. Unfortunately my other car developed a severe problem which left me with thousands of dollars of repairs on a car which still owed two years of payments. I went to Lucas and they really helped me out of a bad situation with a great vehicle, warranty and affordable payments. I worked with the same sales person but was surprised when Howard Lucas the owner became personally involved. When I came back a couple of days later to pick up my purchase, the tires on the used vehicle had all been replaced free of charge. This was the first time I have ever been a repeat customer at a dealership and I have no planes to ever go anywhere else. This was really a great experience.

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

I give them 5 stars in sales and in service . I had brought my vehicle in for service and ended up getting a call from kayla before I came in telling me about the pull ahead program so i entertained the idea and went over to sales to look at a new elantra where I was met by pete. He worked with Mike canty to get me the best numbers to fit my budget and it was seemless. Give the new ownership and management a shot they are great over here now

An amazing experience with the service department and collision center at this dealership after my car was damaged by a fallen tree. The process right from the beginning was flawless. Getting the car to the dealership, getting the rental car, the time it took to get the parts and do the repairs was quicker than expected. Surprising power on the highway. Great gas mileage. Very roomy interior, and the dash and radio buttons and components are very easy to see and use. We chose this over an Accord, initially because the local Honda dealer is crazy, but we like everything about it.

I had a wonderful experience buying a brand new jeep with the help of Bruce. He was the perfect amount of friendly, honest and informative without being too pushy or in-your-face like you normally would expect from salesmen. Bruce spent basically the entire day with us, patiently answering any questions we had and made us feel comfortable and confident with our decision. Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

I leased my Hyundai Kona N-Line in 2022. It was not long past Covid and my local dealer in New London did not have what I wanted in stock. I found my car on the showroom floor at Shoreline. I was very well taken care of by several of the sales staff and financial manager at the time. I turned my car in on Saturday with very low miles (14,500). I originally was going to return it in New London out of convenience but they weren't willing to "buy" it by allowing me to avoid paying the end fees. I knew that with such low miles, there must be some equity. I went to Shoreline after speaking to Sam and Ryan offered to "buy" the car and save me the return fees. I feel that I was treated very well both times. As I was sitting waiting for my ride home, I was able to observe all of the sales staff doing their work. Everyone who walked by me made sure I was taken care of and offered assistance if I needed anything. I left a little bit sad to leave my Kona behind but Shoreline left me feeling like I wanted to thank them for such great service.

I was blown away by the phenomenal service I received at Antonino Acura. I went to the service manager Peter with concerns with my 2017 Acura TLX and he exceeded my expectations. I have three Acura dealerships that are closer to me, but it is well worth the drive knowing how confident I am in their service department. I highly recommend them.
