Pleasant. Upon arrival we met Josh, then did two test drives with David Munoz. David never pressured us, and allowed my wife and I to make the decision. After the sale was completed, and we were now into finance, we worked with Rowdy Rhyne, a superb finance manager. All three individuals worked late to complete this purchase, and we were very happy with all of your staff. I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

So far, So good, great milage and reliability. A little cramped up front. Hybrid electric makes a loud unpleasant sound in reverse. I was told it has to have that by law on electrics. but does it have to be obnoxious?

Clint, is always the best, easy to talk too and to deal with. I think this is my third car purchased from Paris Toyota with Clink as the salesman.

This is by far my favorite Prius. This my fourth Prius as well. Best looking and handling. I love the color . The interior and all the latest technology is great.

My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.

Had issues with what turned out to be a transmission change, although I did not purchase from Sandlin they treated me as good as family. Sarah in service dept was exceptional. It was some what of a shock to discover what I thought was a miss was transmission. She explained what she could do and cost involved. It’s the people that make the dealership and after discussing with dealership I did buy truck from I could see what a difference people make on how customer is treated. Sarah is a asset to Sandlin Chevy. Thanks to her they did the work needed on time & on budget. Very professional, they/she made a unpleasant situation a positive experience.
