As always they were prompt and courteous, but it took a bit too long to do just an oil and filter change. 1 hour and 45 minutes.

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

This Dealership was pretty nice. I was a walk-in and Carl helped me find the right truck for me. The entire process was great.

We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.

We were extremely pleased with the dealership. Our salesman David Kile was outstanding. The 2018 Jeep Wrangler had everything on it that I was looking for. Far much better price then new. What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

The process was timely and efficient. Drove from Ft Worth to purchase the vehicle and needed to get back in the same day. The trade in and vehicle price was agreable.
