I recently had my 2023 Jeep Gladiator towed to Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram due to a major transmission issue. A friend highly recommended the dealership, so I called Jeremy in the service department while I was on the way to give him a heads-up that I was coming in. When I arrived, Jeremy immediately introduced me to the shop foreman, Cortez, who jumped in the vehicle with me for a quick test drive around the parking lot. We barely made it around the building before turning back in, and Cortez immediately recognized that there was a serious transmission problem. Knowing the vehicle was still under warranty, he had the technicians pull codes that same evening and quickly confirmed that the transmission needed to be replaced. What impressed me most was how fast they moved. The replacement transmission was ordered that day, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was out of town the following week, and they had my Gladiator repaired and ready to go by the Tuesday after I returned. Jeremy, Cortez, and the entire team provided excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service from start to finish. Whether you need warranty work or general repairs, I highly recommend Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. 2026 Nissan Murano review
This is the first Murano I have had the Nissan Rouge. I am so glad we bought this car. It is truly a comfortable car. The ride is very nice. I bought the two tone and love it. They did an amazing job designing this car. It has all the bells and whistles. The stereo system is out of this world; it has Bose stereo. The inside is awesome and outside. 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving the 2026 Grand Cherokee for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Paul and the team at Sulphur Springs Dodge. Having been in the automotive business for 20 years I have a real dislike for car dealers. From the very get go finding the truck I wanted on Cars.com, to the first phone call to the dealership, all the way through pulling off the lot the entire experience was refreshing. The truck was accurately described, in perfect working order, detailed well, and the no hassle purchase was smooth and delightful. I flew 2k miles to buy a truck unseen based on the pictures and description given online, the finance department went the extra mile to get me a better rate then I had in place already, I was given a fair price, and everything was in place with no surprises when I arrived to take delivery. I then drive the truck 2k miles home with a smile on my face and absolutely zero regret that I had bought from such an amazing dealership. Scott made a direct point of walking in and introducing himself and thanking me for my business as did Shawn, they treated us like family not just someone who came to buy a truck that they may never see again. Paul was straight forward, honest, and a pleasurer to work with. If you are local or coming from a distance rest assured you can be confident that your buying experience will be amazing.

2026 RAM 1500 review
I have owned the Ford and GMC over the last 4 years. I purchased the 2026 Ram and was pleasantly surprised about the truck. Rides smoother, shifts better and preforms better than the other 2 rivals that I have owned. This truck has the straight 6 (Hurricane) that preforms better than the 5.0 Ford or the 3.0L diesel in the GMC. Smooth running with the best shifting 8 speed I have ever owned. Even better than my wife's Lexus. This truck even looks better than the other 2 rivals. Standard with heated seats and steering wheel, sliding back window, 12" screen and storage compartments in back floor board. Only only regret, I did not try the Ram earlier.

I live in Shreveport and the two hour drive to Sulpher Springs was worth every second of the amazing experience I had working with Bonner Lovern! I saw my now truck on auto trader and called the dealership and got all the details and got an amazing deal on an even more amazing truck. Most of my experience was over the phone and I was never left in the dark on anything that was going on. Arriving at the dealership to sign all the paper work was by far the best part pulling in and seeing my future truck front and center sitting pretty and clearly freshly detailed. I've never seen a truck shine so bright. Bonner Lovern was such a great guy to work with and someone I would recommend to any and every car buyer out there!! The best car buying experience I've ever had no doubt about it!

I talk with them for about a week before we went up there. When we got there they had the car I was asking about pulled up and ready to go. We didn't like that car so Bonner helped us find another one. They had given me a quote of what my trade in was worth over the phone and they did really good at meeting my price. Their finance department found me a loan 2% lower than my credit union what can I say the are the greatest place to get a car, call Bonner he will do what you need to get in to a car.

2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
This is my first GMC and I absolutely love my Sierra 1500 Elevation. The 5.3L v8 is more than enough to pull my camper, I love the stylish interior and it is comfortable to drive. I also felt with the financing and discount specials this was a great deal.

2026 Hyundai ELANTRA review
I had a 2022 Elantra and loved it. It was time to upgrade my car, so I went with Elantra again. So far, this one has been great as well. My 2022 drove for 118,876 miles and had no issues with it. Hope to get the same from the 2026. Rides smooth and great on gas. I did get the sport model, and it looks really nice. Would really recommend it.
