I was slightly let down because they offered me more for my car and offered to sell their car for less than I was going to ask. How was I supposed to negotiate?? After leaving the lot, I noticed a problem with the (used) vehicle and manager offered to assist me with no hesitation. I would call this 45 minute drive well worth it!

The only place to buy. Third vehicle from here. Had issues with other vehicles, everything was taken care of. Honest, trustworthy dealership. Doug Cupples is great to work with. Will definitely be going back.

We just bought our Durango from Thys Motor Company. They were very easy to work with and very personable. We worked with Josh and he was wonderful. From the very first phone call to answer some questions when we were first kind of looking, to the test drive, and even driving the vehicle off the lot. He even reached out a few days later to follow up on how the vehicle was running. My husband and I were very pleased with them and Josh especially since we were from out of town. Well worth the drive to Belle Plaine! Mike Obrien has an Outstanding Team that will bend over backwards to make sure their customers are taken care of. I chose Thys because of the small town family feel, open arms, great service, easy to deal with and they just good people. With the price of a new vehicle these days you have to have great service and Team that will stand behind what they are selling. I haven't ran into a sharper car guy than Tyler Chekal. Tyler will give you a deep dive into all of the specs and technology, you wont walk away with any questions. If for some reason you do, I will guarantee that he is a just a quick call away. I have read a ton of reviews over the years and haven't written many of my own, but thought I should share my experience because you deserve a great experience when purchasing a vehicle. Reached out about a car I had my eye on, but turns out it was sold earlier that day. Got a quick and helpful response from the dealership, and we discussed some alternatives. Ended up checking out a couple of other options on the lot. Overall, the experience was great. The dealership provided consistently warm and welcoming service. P.J. Finn salesman at Ulrich Ford went above and beyond in helping us find the truck we wanted. He immediately found a $2000.00 rebate no one else had found and then with his great computer skills helped us find what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable about each vehicle and very patient with all of our questions. We will be returning to Ulrich Ford in Pella for our next vehicle and will ask for P.J. Finn!
