Well my Mom was initially unhappy with the car the car she initially bought but Juan Franco did an AMAZING job he even came in on his DAY OFF , too make sure my Mom was happy really happy with their above and beyond customer service. Their service is second to none. They tell me up front what is needing to be done with my vehicle and ask my permission to do it before they start. They have great shuttle service, and they wash my car every time I take it in, and that is above and beyond service to me since I have so little time to get it done. I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

just bought my 2026 equinox, not to happy with the snow Ice mode vs having AWD , on thing I would change is getting the AWD that also has a off road package. I am also not happy with not being able to add roof racks after market. Do very much enjoy the added space unlike my 2018 equinox it is definitely bigger and more spacious. gas mileage is good . the interior is very nice and love the heated steering wheel as a standard now. overall I rate my 2026 a 4/5

For a "light duty" pick-up truck, I would rate the Jeep Gladiator #1, I am on my third. The Gladiator is still a TRUCK; payload, towing, solid axles front/rear, manual 4x4 standard on all models, ground clearance, all surpassing any other light duty truck on the market. Please do remember, it is a "Jeep/truck" first, meaning, if riding like a Cadilac is important to you, then buy a Cadilac, the Gladiator does ride like a truck. If you are wanting a light duty truck, a Gladiator surpasses all others in the criteria of being a TRUCK. However, it is still VERY well outfitted with amenities such as leather, heated seats, heated steering, full Apple/Android, LARGE screen, exceptional safety features. My comparison has been made having owned every other truck on the market at least twice if not more.

We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

I had ask for tire rotation and they didn't rotate the tires but accordingto the repor they did it, this is the second time they do this.

I drive from Tracy because the staff treat everyone as they should ?A customer? They have the internal dialed for a great experience. Service flows great There are a few things externally that need to be updated Paint job and station for people to do work with WiFi with a fresh feel would give them the edge
