Michael Masciarelli was very good, 5 stars, not pushy and not overly talkative, which we appreciated. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the trade in value and with how quickly we were able to get the "new" car I am the primary drive of this vehicle which I made clear several times. Unfortunately, all the paperwork shows me as the co-signer. In regards to the finance team, it took a while to get copies if all the paperwork. I ended up having my daughter pick it up at the dealership, over a week after the sale. I received an email file around the same day. I feel that the gentleman who took care of this for us was not as easy to work with. Needed the wipers replaced since they did not work very well. I asked to have the back wiper replaced as well and was told that it was not needed. It does need to be replaced, very noticeable with the snow and rain. I guess I'll have to pay for that one. All in all, the staff, starting with Mel (also 5 stars), was great. The dealership was clean and comfortable. Decent experience.

Went into his office and told him what vehicle. He pulled it up on his computer and asked if i wanted a coffee or anything to drink. I said no and he said let me pull it around front for you. We test drove it. Made 2 offers and bought it. He was very interested in what i had to say and treated me with respect not like some dealers that feel they are doing you a favor. 2026 Nissan Kicks review
I just purchased a 2026 Nissan kick in February this year and it has 3,000 miles and it needs the axle replaced already. What happened? I wasn’t in a automobile accident with this car at all.
