Just bought a very lovely 2018 Audi Q5 and I couldn't be happier. I worked w/Jordan and he was absolutely stellar to work with. I was looking around town at different dealerships and he was so patient and helpful. We finally met up and he showed me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to spend. Let me start by saying we have been going to Audi in Bend now for well over 6 years with the intention of purchasing a new Audi. On our first visit to Audi, in Bend, we met with Kathy. Kathy is a professional when it comes to sales, though we did not purchase at that time, it was because of Kathy that we made the repeat visits year after year. We live in Medford, Oregon, which is about a 3 hour commute to Bend, so yes, we were serious about purchasing from Audi in Bend at some time. When we came to Bend this time, my wife had just lost her mother, and 7 months prior to that she had lost her father. She was in an emotional state and certainly not ready to make a purchase, however we did test drive an Audi Q5 and honestly we were close to making the purchase that day. We instead opted out and made the commute back to Medford. After deliberating over the car on the way home we decided if Caelin , the manager would give us a bit more off we would purchase the car. Stefan Wutte called us the following day with news that Caelin was going to reduce the price of the car ...to exactly what we were looking to spend. We made our return trip to purchase our new Q5. It was a special order that was not picked up, with the black out package it was exactly what we were looking for. The purchasing experience was the very best that I have ever experienced in my many years of car buying. Stefan Wutte, though very new at sales was excellent in his communications with us. David Koff is the Audi Technologist...the tech geek. He is amazing and truly knows the Audi inside and out. Pat Knifin the finance manager was great, he made the usual offers that F&I make and we made the appropriate choices based on our realistic needs. Chris Root and Mr. Caelin were professional on every level. If you are looking for a great buying experience with absolutely no pressure, then I advise you to seek out Audi, in Bend. It is a long drive, but worth every bit of the drive. While you are in Bend, you can certainly enjoy the Mill district with fantastic restaurants and a wonderful walk along the river. No matter what part of the state you live in, a drive to Bend to make your next new or used car purchase is certainly worth the time. Again, I want to thank Kathy, Stefan Wutte, David Koff, Caelin, Chris Root and Pat Kniffin for making this such a pleasurable experience for the Wright family. And, thank you for your patience with us, it took us several years to make up our mind, but you made the time very well worth it.

2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

2026 Mazda CX-30 review
So far the car is great. I do like the design of the CX30 more than the CX5, however, I love the full sunroof on the new CX5. I didn't think I would be able to get that in the CX30 but come to find out I could but I would miss out on the Bose speakers. I went for it and the standard speakers are good enough. They lack base is about it. As far as the shopping experience goes it was the best I ever experienced. I purchased the car from Hamilton Mazda in Hamilton NJ and the salesman was on point. Easy peezy. Mike Rees is the best salesman to date. I wasn't there all day, and he really worked with me. My credit isn't the best and the finance office did what they could to make it happen. Thank you for your professional services Mr. Rees and the Hamilton Mazda crew.

Cars. Com helped me narrow down what make and model I was looking for. And who had it. Then I called the dealership, right away I talked to Eric he was enthused to find the car I looked up online to see if they still had it on the lot. I called Tuesday and told him I would make it in before work. He said not a problem I'll be here waiting for you gave me great directions to get there even gave me his personal number! I unfortunately didn't make it in that day so we rescheduled till Friday around five pm. Well I have three kids and always on the go so I called him and said I would be running late, he said not a problem I'll be here till 7pm. Well of course my husband and I ran into traffic we were coming from San Jose. He called and said you guys still coming? I said yes running late traffic is bad. Well we got there just around seven. He met us upfront and was nice very personable. Enthused about showing us our options. We test drove two cars. And weighed out our option. Filled some paper out. He came bk we told him what we had on the table what payments we wanted monthly. Term. Then he came bk and said you got it. And mind you our credits weren't a great! But anyways he met our needs! Then we met with the money man(finance) he was friendly as well. Was personable talked to is like people instead of dollar signs! Filled out some papers and then it was a wrap! Eric came back and gave us our new car with a tank of gas! So we got there at 7pm left there around 9ish. Not too shabby! And I was expecting all day, nope not at this dealership! All of Erics colleagues came by and said Congrats, enjoy your Car I thought that was nice! So all and all I plan on coming here next time I need a car! Great customer service. Great selection! Definitely would recommend this dealership and talk to Eric!!! Five stars all the way! I work retail so I know all about customer service!
