We purchased a Honda Passport from East Coast Honda. We initially worked with Jason Barry, he provided us with all the pricing and options for both purchasing the vehicle or leasing. The day we went to the dealership Jason was not available, but passed all the information off to Phil Young. Phil was courteous and knowledgeable, he explained every step of the process to us. We had a wonderful experience across the board with Jason, Phil and the financial staff member. The staff their are wonderful! The dealership inside was beautiful and clean. We would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle with East Coast Honda. A huge thank you to both Jason and Phil for making the process so easy and for your getting us into a vehicle we love!

Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!

My experience with Meet and East Coast Honda was so more pleasurable than my experiences with the Honda dealers in CT I worked with. When I first spoke with Meet, I told him what I was looking for. He told me he was going to 'run some numbers" and get back to me. The call back was actually better then I expected! Made an appointment to meet with him and after looking at my choices ( I actually had choices!) I purchased my CRV.

For myself is the right size I really love it my niece is also going to buy one but she's going to buy a bigger one cuz she has a good family

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Martin was very helpful with the information on the Honda CR-V Sport Touring hybrid that my wife and I purchased. His knowledge of the vehicle was extensive.

Had the rear brakes replaced. Ever time we go to the service dept. We are greeted by this lovely lady she sure knows her stuff . I understand she has worked there for 20 plus years. The is very helpful, curtious. The men in that dept. Should watch and learn.

I see a lot of negative reviews of this dealership. I have bought two vehicles from this dealership in the past 10 years always been treated Fairly. . I was able to come to an agreement on those vehicles with a sales person and sales staff. I get the new vehicle I Bought this year serviced in the service department every 5000 miles. I am a Master tech, I took my vehicle into the service department to see if they would diagnose it correctly and I knew there was a technical service bulletin on what I was taking in. They told me it’d be $140 because this part was surprisingly out of warranty at 18,000 miles. I knew that since there was a TSB on the part, it would be covered by warranty after agreeing that I would pay $140 for them to diagnose it and fix it. I received the car back. They informed me there was a TSB on the issue And that it would be covered by warranty. Now after that little test, I trust the service department to not bill you for what is not needed. They could have easily just took my $140 as they planned on doing. But were found to be honest. I will not hesitate to use the service department again just wanted to share.

Pathfinder 2025 Platinum trim. Able to enter and exit car easily being very tall. So far nice features , good drivability and solid feel. Will see in time reliability

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

Levi went above and beyond to help get me in exactly what I wanted to be in and not letting me settle for one I would be unhappy with later. Sparks Toyota is a well-known Toyota dealership in the Myrtle Beach region. While I have heard great things about Sparks, I recently was interested in a used car that they had onsite. I scheduled an appointment for a test drive with a family member for several hours later in the day. When we arrived for our appointment, a salesperson went to get the car to bring it to the front of the dealership but returned a few minutes later and said that the care couldn't be started. The salesperson surmised that the battery was dead and asked that we give him 30-minutes to have the battery changed. It took a little over an hour until the car was ready for the test drive. The salesperson was friendly and discussed different options for purchase. We liked the vehicle but noted a few vibrations in the steering. We decided against the car. The battery issue arose later in the day at a different dealership, so apparently it happens a lot. While it was a rough experience, I won't let this stop me from shopping for vehicles at Sparks in the future.
