I have owned the Ford and GMC over the last 4 years. I purchased the 2026 Ram and was pleasantly surprised about the truck. Rides smoother, shifts better and preforms better than the other 2 rivals that I have owned. This truck has the straight 6 (Hurricane) that preforms better than the 5.0 Ford or the 3.0L diesel in the GMC. Smooth running with the best shifting 8 speed I have ever owned. Even better than my wife's Lexus. This truck even looks better than the other 2 rivals. Standard with heated seats and steering wheel, sliding back window, 12" screen and storage compartments in back floor board. Only only regret, I did not try the Ram earlier.

My sales representative was Ashley Reeves. He gave me Awesome customer service from the beginning to the end of the sale. He got me back on the rode again. The salesman, Michael, was very professional and courteous. He worked hard to find a way to close the sale but my trade-in was appraised way too low in my opinion. In the end, I was not willing to finance the difference

Salesman was great…mostly knowledgeable, low pressure, honest about realistic expectations. For the dealership: Not sure why CPO “charge” isn’t part of the listed price on a CPO. That charge and “Resist All” protectant charge weren’t part of cost proposal emailed to me…magically appeared on final cost once I was in the dealership. $1,400 was quite the surprise…felt a little deceptive.
