I live in Shreveport and the two hour drive to Sulpher Springs was worth every second of the amazing experience I had working with Bonner Lovern! I saw my now truck on auto trader and called the dealership and got all the details and got an amazing deal on an even more amazing truck. Most of my experience was over the phone and I was never left in the dark on anything that was going on. Arriving at the dealership to sign all the paper work was by far the best part pulling in and seeing my future truck front and center sitting pretty and clearly freshly detailed. I've never seen a truck shine so bright. Bonner Lovern was such a great guy to work with and someone I would recommend to any and every car buyer out there!! I'm very picky and really just don't trust people in general. Just putting that out there. That being said, I've taken my vehicle to Greenville, Texas Hyundai, twice now, to be serviced. Long story short. I felt like they were very genuine and honest. Genuinely care about their customers and the customer service they offer. I can't speak for the dealership as a whole, but i would definitely recommend others to this location, hands down! Thank you!!!!
