Lia Nissan of Glens FallsReviews
Lia Nissan of Glens Falls review
I had previously purchased a Nissan Versa SR which I loved, however I was involved in an accident that totaled the vehicle. Needing another vehicle asap, I spoke with my previous salesman, Eric Mescavage. He was very helpful and understanding of the urgency I had with getting another vehicle. He and manager, Eddie McDougall worked tirelessly with me and I got put in a new vehicle that day. These two gentlemen were a privilege to work with and I would refer them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Go to Nissan.

Nemer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of QueensburyReviews
Nemer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Queensbury review
I brought my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because of a noise in the engine. The rear window wiper was also not functioning. Matt, the Service Manager, stayed on top of the repairs and provided me with updates through detailed phone calls. I, unfortunately, had a contract with Car Shield which I thought would cover the repairs. Matt dealt with their adjuster and other company representatives. After 19 days I finally had to pay more that $1800 towards a bill of nearly $4,000. The repairs were done expertly, thanks to the really good mechanic and oversight by Matt. They are the reason that I will continue to bring my Jeep to Nemer for servicing.
2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving the 2026 Grand Cherokee for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The ride is incredibly smooth and comfortable, whether I'm commuting daily or taking longer road trips. The interior feels premium, with high-quality materials, plenty of space, and an intuitive infotainment system that's easy to use. The performance is excellent, with plenty of power when needed while still delivering respectable fuel economy. I also appreciate the advanced safety features and driver-assistance technology, which make every trip feel more secure and relaxing. The Grand Cherokee strikes a perfect balance between luxury, capability, and practicality. It's stylish, comfortable, and versatile enough for both family use and weekend adventures. I would highly recommend the 2026 Grand Cherokee to anyone looking for a dependable and refined SUV. Thank you John Hernandez at Hendrick Chrysler Jeep!!

Lia Nissan of Glens FallsReviews
Lia Nissan of Glens Falls review
Michael Masciarelli was very good, 5 stars, not pushy and not overly talkative, which we appreciated. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the trade in value and with how quickly we were able to get the "new" car I am the primary drive of this vehicle which I made clear several times. Unfortunately, all the paperwork shows me as the co-signer. In regards to the finance team, it took a while to get copies if all the paperwork. I ended up having my daughter pick it up at the dealership, over a week after the sale. I received an email file around the same day. I feel that the gentleman who took care of this for us was not as easy to work with. Needed the wipers replaced since they did not work very well. I asked to have the back wiper replaced as well and was told that it was not needed. It does need to be replaced, very noticeable with the snow and rain. I guess I'll have to pay for that one. All in all, the staff, starting with Mel (also 5 stars), was great. The dealership was clean and comfortable. Decent experience.

2026 Nissan Murano review
This is the first Murano I have had the Nissan Rouge. I am so glad we bought this car. It is truly a comfortable car. The ride is very nice. I bought the two tone and love it. They did an amazing job designing this car. It has all the bells and whistles. The stereo system is out of this world; it has Bose stereo. The inside is awesome and outside. This car is so much better than the Rouge I had, as far xxx the design and style.

Lia Nissan of Glens Falls review
Overall experience at Lea Nissan was excellent. The salesman, Mike Mashuta, was a pleasure to work with.
2026 Nissan Murano review
Wow, what a great deal. This is a true luxury vehicle on par with an RX Lexus and about $20k less without the Lexus name. We are very happy with the value, performance and great looks of this vehicle

Nemer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Queensbury review
The whole process was easy and quick. Ryan was great to work with and able to get us a good deal. He was very knowledgeable.
2026 Jeep Compass review
My wife finally considered to get a new car after considering another pre owned purchase, she loved her pre owned Jeep Patriot, now with 146k, we decided bc it served our family with reliable and still does, she found the Jeep Compass the next generation Jeep Patriot. The look and luxury interior is next level value and reasonably priced. We went with the 4x4 limited with the panoramic sunroof, white exterior with the sport black top, black graphite wheels and black durable leather interior with a navy blue stitching makes this car sporty but with luxury. The interior seats are durable enough we won't be worried about traveling with our dog! 200HP 4 cylinder turbo is ideal with average 26 miles per gallon effecient. We are extremely happy. Huffines Plano, Texas, Frank, was awesome to work with! We have now purchased 3 Jeeps from this dealership, my father n law has purchased 4 Jeeps from them over a 20 year time period.

Lia Nissan of Glens Falls review
Walked in the front door and was immediately greeted by Andrew Carson. Told him i had an appointment to see an advertised truck. He said he could help me with that. Went into his office and told him what vehicle. He pulled it up on his computer and asked if i wanted a coffee or anything to drink. I said no and he said let me pull it around front for you. We test drove it. Made 2 offers and bought it. He was very interested in what i had to say and treated me with respect not like some dealers that feel they are doing you a favor. No tricks of how much you want to spend, what do you want your payments to be etc. Buying cars for over 50years, hats off to you Andrew and lia nissan. Keep up the good work and don't change a thing. Finally a Dealership that's customer friendly
