Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

2026 Buick Envista review
I just bought a 2026 Envista Preferred on May 22, 2026 and it is the dream car that I always wanted. It's elegant, good on gas, nice and comfortable interiors and trunk and small enough to park. It feels like a strong car, just by opening the door. Really can't say anything negative about it. I think Buick out did themselves and the price was right!

2026 BMW X5 PHEV review
I traded in my 2023 X5 45e and a 2026 X5 50e. I loved the 2023 and thought I would keep it longer but my local dealer had a 2026 loaner X5 that they were selling at a big discount. It has the more improved Driver Professional Pro package, a $2500 option which includes a self driving option on the interstates. The 50e had many issues in its first model year that BMW has fixed for the 2026 model the last year before the major redesign in 2027. The battery is warranty is now 100000 miles rather than the 80000 on the 45e. The Driver Professional Pro usually is only on the M model upgrades which didn’t want so this fix the bill for a timely replacement before the major redesign in 2027.

2026 Buick Enclave review
We have only had this Enclave for a few weeks, so I won't give it a full 5 stars, pending another 2-3 months of use. I do, however love many things about this suv. I love the size of it, not much difference between it and a higher priced Tahoe or Yukon, not comparing it to them, overall, but just on the physical available cargo room. I love the standard features, the exterior styling, the ride quality and even though it's only a 4 cylinder, it's surprisingly quick and responsive. I haven't noticed any noise from the engine inside the cab, as other owners have mentioned. The paint quality is great, as well as the overall build, time will tell. The interior and 30" diagonal driver's info screen is awesome. All three rows have some form of power, which is cool, too. We currently have a 23' model Buick Envision, with 50k miles and no issues, so I am expecting trouble-free ownership for years to come.

I had an outstanding service experience at CDJR of Tampa Bay on July 16, 2026, and I wanted to recognize the entire team for their professionalism and exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely courteous. My service advisor, Michael Martinez (I hope I have his name correct), set the tone for an exceptional visit. He greeted me warmly, clearly explained my service options, and even spotted a nail in one of my tires that I hadn't noticed. Since I'm currently on a road trip from Maryland and will be driving all the way back home, that simple observation likely saved me from a major inconvenience, or worse, during my return trip. I sincerely appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to my safety. I was also impressed by the dealership itself. The facility was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The waiting area was inviting, and the complimentary refreshments were plentiful and thoughtfully stocked. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the digital vehicle inspection video. Being able to actually see my vehicle while the technician explained the inspection findings and maintenance recommendations was incredibly helpful. That level of transparency built a great deal of confidence and trust. It's such an outstanding idea that I'll be recommending it to my home service center in Maryland. Thank you to Michael and the entire CDJR of Tampa Bay team for delivering a first-class experience. Even though I'm from Maryland, this visit left a lasting impression. 2026 Jeep Wrangler review
Bought a new Willys model 2 door. Got nearly 10k off at Brandon Tomes in McKinney. Best Jeep I’ve had so far, and I’ve owned quite a few, dating back to the eighties. Mine has the 2.0 turbo and the 8 speed automatic, and it is surprisingly quick. A bit of turbo lag, but it comes in early at about 3k rpm, and the torque is fantastic. Seems like a lotta folks still want the inline six, but after owning two, those engines are dogs. Also had two V6 models, a JK and JT, and this engine outperforms both. With proper maintenance, should last a good while, but we’ll see. The 8 speed has a great reputation, as does the Rubicon spec suspension. Overall, happy with this Jeep, would recommend.

2026 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
The car is an absolute joy to drive. It handles amazingly. I wanted reliable, good fuel mileage, and sporty. The car checks all 3 boxes. I’ve put almost 1500 miles on the car in 15 days. It goes from miles per gallon to smiles per gallon with a simple press of the gas pedal. I did a lot of research on the car before the test drive and the purchase. The reviews could not have prepared me for the actual test drive and how well the car performs. The car will break the tires loose at 20 mph. I have zero negative things to say about the car. I can’t even attempt to say anything negative. I drive almost 80 miles per day for work. I look forward to the commute thanks to the car.

Aside from the fact that the Mini Cooper is far superior to other small cars in its class, the service provided by the Wesley Chapel dealership is second to none. We're not great fans of car shopping and seriously dislike being pressured by sales folks. What a pleasant surprise for us to meet up with Chris Alba. Chris was exceedingly patient, friendly and professional in every way. He spent far more time listening and learning about our likes & dislikes than would ever be expected. We felt that he was actually trying to help us find the perfect ride as opposed to simply trying to make a sale. After considering our specific wants and needs, he showed us many possible options. However, he was not able to produce the exact car we wanted for the price we were able to pay. When we told him that we would need to continue our search, he was as polite and affable as ever. Chris expressed none of the blatant disappointment that so often follows a no-sale . Instead he spent the next day or so looking for the perfect match for our needs. Voila ... he found the right car at the right price within an exceptionally short period of time. The timeline went like this: we dropped by on a Saturday afternoon and by the following Tuesday we were the proud owners of the perfect vehicle. We love our "new" preowned Mini and look forward to a continuing positive relationship with Chris and the Mini Cooper dealership of Wesley Chapel. Chris Alba really did go the extra mile (& perhaps farther) for us and we are sincerely grateful. I would be remiss if I didn't at least mention Travis Moll, the gentleman who finalized our paperwork. He too was delightful to work with and made the testy job of signing all those documents an enjoyable experience. In conclusion, if a new or preowned Mini is in your future, call Chris; you'll be glad you did!
