I found a car and the dealer had good information and photos on their website. The salesman was friendly and easy going and it was a good car buying experience.

Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

Best buying experience ever, salesperson is paid salary so no pressure to buy the deal of the day. Found the car online showed up it was ready to see and the test drive was perfect.

Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

If I would have read existing reviews I may not have even looked at this dealership. I am happy to say it was a fantastic experience. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Financing was taken care of easily much better than I experienced in December purchasing a new car at a different dealership. We were given a form to sign stating we could bring back our purchase for any reason within the first 7 days. It sounds like things may have changed here for the better after reading other reviews. I would suggest giving them a shot at your business. They earned mine, I hope your experience will be worth while as well.

Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

Had been looking for a new car after a life changing career change that had me making less than ever before. After driving premium German cars for the past 10+ years it was hard to find something even close on my budget. That all changed when I went to look at a Mazda CX-5! It is sporty, amazing turbo charged engine, upscale inside and out all packaged at an amazing value. It truly reminded me of my previous BMW X3 in so many ways but not the price. The features included in the Turbo Premium AWD model I purchased was endless. Love the rain sensing wipers, heated & cooled seats, heated steering wheel, real leather seats, all the standard safety, Bose stereo, 360 camera, and so much more. Love the way it drives and rides all while feeling like a German car. My experience at the dealership was also more like a high end car marker, while making you feel welcome and valued.

Very responsive to my inquiry on the used vehicle I purchased and setting up financing. Since I live far from the dealership I bought my Maserati sight unseen and now that the vehicle has been delivered Im very happy with its cosmetic and mechanical condition. Save thousands by knowing how to order the right option packages on your next vehicle. Some dealers don't know how and you either get a truck with too many stupid options or not enough.

From the moment I arrived, Isaac made sure to let me talk, explain my issues. I explained to Isaac, that I purchased this 2002 Monte Carlo SS off the showroom floor in 2002. Over the years, I have put thousands of dollars into making it not only look great, but sound great as well. Nothing has ever needed replacing, I just upgraded to high performance parts. This 2002 Monte Carlo SS has 55000 original miles. This car is so important to me. My plan is to give this to my Grandson. And I want it perfect. Isaac sent my car back to the mechanics and stated he would call me and keep me informed about everything. He didn't let me down once. I'm a U S Army, Vietnam Veteran. I served in the Honor Guard for 1 year. Performing as the Funeral Escort and holding and folding our American Flag that would be presented to their surviving member. Isaac, and the mechanics who work here at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, deserve not just a pat on the back. But an award showing that they are appreciated. A great start would be the waiting room. I remember going in, there would be coffee, donuts, and fruit. Not a thing... If it wasn't for the first impressions of Isaac, the many phone calls keeping me updated. And the fantastic work of your mechanics. I would have went somewhere else, and left 1 star. And 1 sentence. Because of them. And the fact that they knew how important this car is to me. I have the Premium Plus. Non-turbo, but I don't really feel like I'm missing anything. It still has a "Sport" setting, in case I want to be peppier. It is truly a great ride and a beautiful car. Remarkably quiet and smooth. Nice, comfortable leather seats. Great Bose sound system. Good smart features. The blind spot beeping was annoying, but I was able to turn it off (you can turn off many of the sound and a few of the safety features). Way easier to learn the features than my old Acura, which I drove for 11 years, and it still confused me. The reason why I didn't rate the interior and comfort as a 5 star is because 1) it needs a little more armrest and compartment space, than it currently has, 2) the cupholder is set back in front of the arm rest, making it a little tough to get the beverage, and use that small armrest properly, 3) Once you sync your IPhone to the car, apple play takes over and its really tough to get out of it to use non-apple features like Sirius or the radio (yes, the radio!), and 4) it could use a little ambient lighting (but there are built-in areas so you can retro-fit).

Best no pressure buying experience. Well organized, no surprises, no petty fees, and quick paperwork.
