My first car from an auto manufacturer in Japan. I really like everything about it! It's brand new - so no problems. The only thing I wish was better is that the computer takes a very long time to boot up. It's not instant when you start the car. Sometimes I have to wait to turn on the AC and other features.

Dane in the service department was very communicative, calling every step of the way to repair two issues, one of which no one had ever been able to solve. He had a senior tech who was very familiar with my Hyundai model assigned, and it was finally fixed. They even have a video feature so I could see the part needing to be cleaned out. I'm very impressed with how communicative the service department is, and when I came to pick up the car, it had been washed as well. Top flight service.

Don't be fooled by just low prices - they all pay the same for vehicles. These guys know how to order new trucks with the right packages that won't cost you an extra arm and a leg. Save thousands by knowing how to order the right option packages on your next vehicle. Some dealers don't know how and you either get a truck with too many stupid options or not enough.

The reason for 4 vs 5 was the financial person had a difficult time staying on task. Too much personal chatter. Our salesman was super.

1st time in a Subaru so far so good only problem no sure how a long drive will go no arm rest that are comfortable on either door or center console looking into after market foam rest to make long trips comfortable!! Only had the car a month now but so far so good avg about 28 mpg !!

Service was quick - took 35 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. The communication was easy with Major (service rep), and the car keeps running great!

Brandon Johnson was awesome. He walked me through what needed to be done on some warranty work (fuel injectors) and seat belt recall. Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.
