I went to Arrigo RAM in Fort Pierce January 4 for Service met with Richard Pagan discussed with him the service needed for my truck. He was very open very happy very motivated. You don’t see that in a lot of places for service I asked questions he answered them.He was more than willing to go out of his way to help me at the end with the service he got me out of the lobby and asked me if everything was OK after he reviewed everything and walked me to my truck and thank me for his service. This is the second time I’ve been and Richard happen to be the writer the second time as well There’s not enough good things to say about Richard and his attitude. Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.

David is the best service rep we have had the pleasure of relying on his expertise in getting our Explorer serviced. If the max stars I could give him were 5, I would insist on giving him 10 stars!

I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??
