I set up an appointment on line then the salesman said he would have it ready outside. Our appointment was 3 days out. When we got there the car handnot been processed yet It needed work done and it was dirty. We test drove it and liked the car and the price. Also when we got there the cost of the car had gone up a couple of hundred dollars. Because I copied what we saw on line and our preapproval they gave up the price we first saw. That was nice. The car needed some work done on it and they did it for no cost to us. It took over a week and a couple of phone calls. We now have the car we expected to bring home the day we got it.
2026 Ford Bronco review
Great features. Seat warmers are marvelous! Drives well. Using it mostly for commuting currently but can’t wait to take it for a bit roughing driving. Love the rugged but luxurious feel do the car.

2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

After moving from Newton to the DesMoines area I had to find a more convenient dealership then Gregg Young in Newton. That dealership is Shottenkirk of Waukee. The last service I had done was with my grandsons truck. He had had the oil changed at Bob Browns in Urbandale. Yesterday it was warm and dry enough he was going to change it himself. Something he has done in the past. He couldn?t get the top off of the oil filter canister. It?s a 3016 GMC Canyon with the V-6. Called me for help. The top of the cap , you put a socket on it and turn the cap off , had twisted off and now broken the cap. I tried several times. Finally called Shottenkirk for help and told to bring it right in. They spent several hours and finally found the tool that would remove the top from the canister. Thinking at Bob Brown dealership that the tech in their service lane had torqued the top down. Needless to say this was a very expensive oil change. Also I sure that my grandson will now be using Shottenkirk as his preferred dealer/repair shop
2026 Chevrolet Blazer EV review
2026 Chevy Blazer EV is as reliable as my 2018 Chevy Colorado, never give me any hiccup. Blazer is superior than my 2020 Chevy Bolt EV in performance as well as the looks. I recommend every red blooded American to give this car a test drive and you will be blasted by it's performance. I love the regenerative braking feature that I barely use my brake and saving the brake pads as well as the environment. Especially in this high price gasoline world today.

2026 Chevrolet Colorado review
The driving compartment of the truck has plenty of leg, hip, shoulder, and elbow room. There is more than enough head room for my 06'00" frame. The ergonomics of the steering wheel, controls connected to the steering wheel, dashboard controls, controls in the door, and console controls are well engineered and ample enough for a person who wears size XXL gloves. I did not get electric controls for the seats, and wish I had. The manual seat controls leave a little to be desired. The backseat has plenty of leg and shoulder room as well. Operation of the doors is simple; they open and close easily. My 05'03" partner has to really stretch to get into my Trail Boss model. Performance of the truck is superb, with plenty of acceleration to pass when needed. The steering input is as neutral as I have ever experienced with no over- or under-steer. Ride comfort is excellent, front and back seats, with the suspension easily handling standard road bumps. Cornering is much nicer than I really expected from a vehicle of this length and height off the pavement. I don't tow anything, so can't address that aspect. 2026 Volvo V60 Cross Country review
Very smooth, comfortable and quiet. Extremely roomy and quite attractive exterior. Added roof racks, still quiet. Gas mileage approaching mid-30’s on secondary highways. Acceleration is good, handling is firm. All wheel drive makes a big difference. Very happy with purchase, and highly recommend.
