2026 Toyota Highlander review
Like the Highlander. I purchased a platinum and got a lot of little extras, except for the one I really need. The easy exit and entry was taken out of the Highlander (at least the platinum). Because of my height (short), I have the seat very high, so I can see the front of the car. When I get out, I hit my knees against the steering wheel (because it doesn’t go up, just out). And getting in, I hit my head most of the time on the doorway. So I do not recommend this car for anyone 5’6” or shorter. If you are taller and can see the front of the hood without lifting the seat, then this is your car. Unfortunately, when I purchased the car my salesman and the dealership manager both thought that this car had this feature, they were wrong. The rest of the car is fine, nothing that I’m not used to in a Toyota.

2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.

I am attempting to upgrade to a newer pre-owned Mercedes, preferably a convertible. I am still shopping but the trade-in offer was much lower than another. I have owned 5 different Mercedes as have both my sisters but we all agree on thing, which is why my older sister bought a Lexus. This is an example; I was purchasing new rear tires (not from you) and I had to pay your service department to remove the locks and buy new non-locking items. I am perfectly happy with the car I bought from you and the Mercedes Financing but you harm your product by squeezing your clients on the small stuff.......anyway that's my opinion.

She even arranged for us to be able to take it to our personal trusted mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. We decided we’d like the vehicle from that review! Paula happened to be out of the office for the next few days while we finalized our transaction—but she arranged for her colleague Erwin to help us! He was just as great as Paula! We had a an easy pick up once the car was ready. And off we went! Within the week we have already driven to NY State and back and it’s a beast! Comfortable and pulling a loaded 5x8 cargo trailer and can’t even feel It! We are thrilled with our purchase…and this is our 5th Audi (and 2nd in the Q7 family). After an afternoon of visiting dealerships, I made the drive through heavy traffic from Jonesboro to Alpharetta—and United BMW was absolutely worth it. My advice: make United BMW your first stop and save yourself time, effort, and likely money! I arrived around 6:30 p.m. and was welcomed as warmly as if the day had just begun. My sales associate, Lizzie, and sales manager, Farand, were friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged throughout the entire process. Farand was visible and approachable—not hidden away in an office—and made a point to check in with me while Lizzie prepared the vehicle. Lizzie truly went the extra mile. She patiently answered every question, thoroughly showed me the vehicle, and even made videos to send to my daughter, who was out of town. The entire team stayed well after closing to complete the purchase without ever making me feel rushed. Our BMW X7 is gorgeous, exceptionally well cared for, and looks brand new. I could not be more pleased with the vehicle, the outstanding sales team, or the buying experience. United BMW has earned my highest recommendation!
