She showed me around the dealership, was responsive and great to work with throughout the sales process. Finance experience: Finance Manager Steve N. was outstanding. He explained all the options for financing as well as the available extended coverages with clarity and confidence. All of the options were described honestly and I developed a nice rapport with him. I could tell he takes pride in his work and he earned my trust. Overall experience: Sales Manager Ricky J. was outstanding. At the time of my purchase I was looking at/comparing another vehicle from a different dealership and I was upfront about this. What really solidified my decision to purchase from Jim Shorkey was Ricky's flexibility in giving me a more than fair value for my trade in. I can tell this dealership has a customer centric focus where positivity and team work are at the core of what they do. I purchased my CX50 Hybrid a month ago and absolutely LOVE IT. It's got beautiful interior, body lines and plenty of power for a speed demon like me. I test drove many similar vehicles- Honda CRV (plain boring interior), Toyota RAV4 (too small and expensive) and Lexus (too expensive). Everything else out there similar is a Turbo and my mechanic husband wouldn't let me buy a Turbo. The only thing that i am not a fan of is the wireless charging pad. I cannot find a phone case that will work with my phone/wireless charging. I have a 14 iPhone promax which is oversized and a camera that sticks out too far. I will keep trying to find something but that's my only issue so far.

Susie Fritz was an expert sales associate. So friendly, new my name two days later than the original visit; very professional, easy going, and newher product well. Jack Valentine was very helpful with my finances, explaining several options that I had and the pros and cons. Very efficient - my time was not wasted.

The service team is always top notch at this dealership. The only issue I've experienced is the newly renovated showroom. You could land a plane in that showroom it's so bright. Who thought it was a good idea to blind the customers in the waiting area? The bright lights are good for the showroom cars because they're beautiful and should be seen. But I had to squint my way over to the waiting area. It's VERY uncomfortable!! I felt as though I was waiting to be interrogated because of the ultra bright white lights over my head. Looking at my phone required constant head shifting to see my phone screen because of the reflection of the ceiling lights. Twice I left the waiting area with a headache because it's so bright. Seriously folks, bring down the wattage in customer waiting area!

Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.

Dealership was great, helpful and answered all the questions I had. Price comparison was good compared to other locations. Overall, 4+ Keep up the great work !

I had a 2022 Elantra and loved it. It was time to upgrade my car, so I went with Elantra again. So far, this one has been great as well. My 2022 drove for 118,876 miles and had no issues with it. Hope to get the same from the 2026. Rides smooth and great on gas. I did get the sport model, and it looks really nice. Would really recommend it.

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

Our salesman Jody was very knowledgeable and very kind.The manager came out and spoke with us and ask us how he could help us purchase the truck thar we wanted,he went above and beyond to make this happen by giving us extra things for the truck. They were not pushy in any way. The entire staff at Latrobe Ford /Chevy dealership was all very courteous even to our dog Lincoln. We had a very good experience there and would recommend this place to anyone.

This is my second Hyundai Santa Cruz, and my positive experience with the platform led me to trade in my 2023 Santa Cruz for a 2026 Santa Cruz Limited in September 2025. The vehicle continues to distinguish itself as an exceptionally versatile and well-executed crossover truck, offering a strong balance of modern features, impressive power and towing capability, and cutting-edge technology. From bumper to bumper, the Santa Cruz feels thoughtfully engineered. The vehicle is highly intuitive to operate, with logically placed controls that are easy to find and use. The instrumentation is clear and legible, and the interior layout prioritizes comfort, accessibility, and overall driving enjoyment. Everything feels deliberate rather than overcomplicated. Styling remains a standout strength. Both the exterior and interior designs are modern, distinctive, and refined without sacrificing functionality. The interior, in particular, maximizes comfort and ride quality while avoiding the cluttered or overwhelming feel that can come with heavily tech-laden vehicles. My favorite interior feature is the single, large digital display that seamlessly integrates the instrument cluster and infotainment system. The presentation is clean, cohesive, and modern, enhancing usability rather than distracting from the driving experience. Overall, the 2026 Santa Cruz Limited builds confidently on the strengths of earlier models and delivers a well-rounded, technology-forward package. That said, there is always room for improvement. A few changes could make future Santa Cruz models even better: Power-folding mirrors should be standard or at least offered on higher trims. This feature is long overdue, particularly for tight parking situations and automated car washes. Since the mirrors are already powered, this feels like a logical next step. Advanced safety systems should match or exceed those offered by Subaru. Beyond the obvious safety benefits, achieving parity would help ensure the insurance industry recognizes Hyundai’s systems in the same way, potentially extending comparable insurance discounts to Hyundai owners. All-weather floor mats need improved coverage in the driver’s footwell. Specifically, protection should extend higher along the left footrest area, behind the pedals, and further up the console side to better contain dirt, snow, and debris. Bring back the original Hyundai steering wheel logo. The current Morse-code “H” design feels out of place and awkward in an otherwise well-executed interior. Overall, the Santa Cruz remains a standout vehicle in its segment. With a few targeted refinements, it could easily set the benchmark.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.
