I bought my 2016 Altima SL new with 2.5 motor. The SL model has some great options on it! I love this car! 39-47 highway (usually on trips 40 and up, 36 around town. Better than what it said I would get! Very comfortable, great acceleration. Not very many 2016 SL out there. Everything I wanted and with only 51,000 miles. Got lucky with this one!

Last year I got a very nice RAV4. This weekend I returned for a Tacoma thanks to the outstanding service I received from Mr. Zuluaga. Johnnatan is professional, smart and a likable gentleman. Knowledgeable and generous/ without being pushy. As I tried to focus on the relevant questions he calmly layed out the answers with all the pros and cons. Quality products, quality service. My Nissan Altima is a beautiful car. I’m in love with it. This will actually be my first Nissan, I’ve always had Hyundai’s but it’s good to change.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
