Thomas Nissan of Joliet review
Words cannot express our immense gratitude for Crystal and the team at Thomas Nissan of Joliet. Crystal led our purchase experience and restored my faith in the goodness of humanity. Her warmth and kindness made the process personal and stress-free, which was truly a blessing during a challenging time. Building a relationship over the phone with a guarded customer isn't easy, but Crystal made me feel that all my fears and questions were normal. As a high-maintenance customer, I appreciated her genuine approach and the trust we built. Crystal became a friend, providing a ride from the airport to the dealership. Thank you, Crystal, we love our Pathfinder and will always think of you fondly as we enjoy our ride.

Bill Kay Downers Grove Nissan review
I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. They gave us undevided attention for hours while we asked a ton of questions to make sure we were confident with our purchases. They also gave us a great deal for buying two cars. Kim in finance is such a sweet woman to work with as well. All in all best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase a car from anywhere besides here in the future, I suggest you do as well!

We had a fantastic experience working with Lance at Countryside Nissan! He was honest, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to accommodate us—especially since we were driving in from 3 hours away. The SUV was exactly as described, runs like a dream, and was priced very fairly. Everyone at the dealership treated us with kindness and respect, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and will 100% shop at Countryside Nissan again. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

I purchased 2026 rogue from Djamal Oucif . He was very nice and very helpful. He showed me all the buttons and what the car does. He did not push anything extra on us. It was a pleasure working with someone who’s not pushy. We did laugh and we did enjoy our time getting to know him.

Kelly Nissan review
Just purchased a 2025 Nissan Kicks from Kelly Nissan. Ivan Fandino was my salesperson. He was fabulous. Explained how everything works in the car and showed me how to do it all. Let me take it for a test drive. Overall pleased with my salesperson and the dealership and would recommend them to family and friends

Zeigler Nissan of Orland Park review
We had such a wonderful experience working with Djamal Oucif! My husband and I had been shopping around for an SUV to trade in our Honda Pilot and get something new, and honestly, some of our experiences at other dealerships had been disappointing. We didn’t always feel comfortable or welcomed, but Djamal completely changed that for us. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a friendly smile and made us feel welcome. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us the Nissan Pathfinder. When we told him we were still planning to look at other SUVs that day, he was completely understanding and never pressured us to make a decision on the spot. He simply told us to take our time and that they would be there if we decided to come back. That really stood out to us! We ended up coming back, and Djamal made the entire process of trading in our Honda Pilot and purchasing our new Nissan Pathfinder smooth, straightforward, and stress free. He was transparent with the numbers, made the deal easy to understand, and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Djamal is genuinely one of the friendliest people we’ve encountered at any dealership. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and having someone who treats you with kindness, patience, and honesty makes all the difference. We truly appreciate his help and highly recommend asking for Djamal if you’re shopping for a vehicle. You won’t regret it!
