David Hardcastle selection advisor, was very polite, patient & understanding. He showed me several vehicles in the price range I desired. My trade-in was unsafe to drive, due to David's concern about that he allowed me to test drive 3 vehicles home keeping each over night. The 3rd one a charm! A used 2020 Rogue in excellent condition. Joe the finance manager found a great loaner plus he helped me resolve a situation with Dignifi when it was thought my car could be repaired. Jimmy in finance was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding about my down payment. If I need to buy another car, I will visit GS Nissan as well as GS Mazda. Jason @ Mazda showed me a few vehicles,but were not the right fit. He then introduced me to David Hardcastle. I would buy a vehicle from Jason or David.

My wife and I scheduled an appointment with Sean just to look at a car. We were not planning on buying on the same day; however, when Sean first walked up to us we knew he was great! He made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed our time with him! We know sales people have a bad rep; however, Sean was true to his word and stayed by our side through the entire process. He did not push, he was transparent, he was professional and he was funny! Great personality! People tend to remember names of those we felt made an impact to us! Sean, Angelica, Howard and Chris! We know if they are great, the entire team is great! We sat in the car and noticed the air was not working properly. They first diagnosed my engin starting problem to be the starter solenoid shorting, battery showed good. They replaced the solenoid. Didn?t fix the problem. They replaced the battery. Fixed the problem. Thankfully Nissan has the best warranty in the market so it was all covered.
