Great vehicle; super reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance. Nissan provides exceptional service when it comes to preventive maintenance and their customer service is superb. The only complaint I have is the nonexistence of wireless CarPlay.

Great truck. Fits in your garage. Has a real frame. Made in Canton Mississippi with 86% American made parts. The big three can't claim that. Nicked named the Beast. They aren't kidding.

Everything was good except I felt there was a lack of communication and updates on the vehicle and lack of a accurate time frame of when it would be done

I bought my 2024 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 in March of 2025. It had 63 miles on it, was sold as a used pickup, but basically brand new, and I got a VERY GOOD deal on the purchase from my local Nissan dealer. Back in the day, I bought a new Frontier in 2007 and it was an exceptional pickup but the 2024 is even better! The styling and the fit and finish is excellent, inside and out. Love the V6 and the 9-speed automatic, very smooth and quiet. The mileage is 2-3 mpg better than the 2007, 18 around town and 23 on the highway. Very comfortable on a long trip. I am very pleased that this pickup has a greatly improved the turning radius over the '07 - good for you, Nissan. It handles great off-road. I have nothing negative to say about my Frontier!! Love it!!!

Went for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Friendly service reps always looking to answer questions and treat customers with respect! Additionally, I will add with the vehicle being at 30k miles, I was fully expecting the dealership to push lots of recommended maintenance, but this was not the case. This shows that they genuinely care about the customer and not just making money off of service!

The Frontier King Cab has served me very well. It has been completely reliable and has met my varied needs. I have hauled many kinds of loads in the bed and have taken advantage of the additional length available over the Crew Cab. That said I wouldn’t want to take a long journey sitting in one of the rear seats, but having that space readily available for carrying “stuff” has been an advantage for me. Had no issues with towing a trailer. Over the three plus years I have owned it I have had just one warranty issue that was resolved by the local dealer; otherwise it just had routine maintenance. During that time several strangers passing by have commented on how they liked the look of the truck.

Highly recommend this dealership and ask for Brett. Bret was knowledgeable, friendly, listened to my needs and didn't come back3/4 times with the final offer, he offered his best offer and with no other agenda. He was accessible by text and responsive to further questions with no pressure. I have a 2023 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 crew cab. I test drove the Honda Ridgeline before buying the Nissan. Honda is a car not a truck. Nissan has a steel boxed frame, Honda is a uniframe tack welded. Both vehicles have the Mercedes transmission. My Nissan Frontier is a great driver. It feels like a truck and is a comfortable ride. My Frontier can tow 6700 lbs not that I would max tow with it. All other small trucks are turbo charged nightmares. Very satisfied with my purchase and I’m a picky person.

I love my Nissan Frontier SV 4x4.. I have 24,000 miles on it with no problems but a back door lock issue that was repaired. The Nissan dealer was great. It’s very comfortable and drives like a luxury suv. I have no complaints. We had a Tacoma before and it was so uncomfortable. It has a lot of getup and go. Fun to drive. I am very happy with this truck

I had an underbody cover that was knocked loose by a large chunk of ice on the highway and pulled in to the Ken Ganley Service Department without an appointment. Service Professional, Vince welcomed me and within minutes had the cover secured and I was on my way. My daughter in Columbus and I have leased or purchased several Nissan vehicles from the Ganley dealership in Medina, largely due to the excellence of Vince and their service department. I bought my 2022 Nissan Frontier pro x in August of 2022, loved it then and love it now I use it to go to work every day on average 120 miles a day, I have 52,000 miles on it and absolutely and I mean absolutely not one problem, not even a dead battery or ran out of gas. I'm very happy with the truck and the gamble I took because I originally was going to get a Tacoma but I saw the new Frontiers and I just had to get one. Hopefully it stays that way.

Grant and Dan are great people to deal with and made purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience compared to other dealerships in our area. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future! The young man that details the cars at The dealership also deserves a big hand for making sure the vehicle was clean when we picked it up! Great mid-size truck. We bought it in November 2022. I had to replace the throttle positioning sensor and that is all. 4.0 auto 5 speeds. It woud do a better if 6 speed, but I still get 19-20 mpg if I baby it. The 6 cylinder has good power at over 260hp. I recommend the frontier. My son has a 4 cyl 1997 hardbody now for 12+ years. Both trucks are great.

Was looking for a 4/4 midsized truck but didn’t want all the bells & whistles. I was pleasantly surprised , easy to drive , smooth driving city & country roads . The interior is nice and the seats are very comfortable. The touchscreen is very user friendly. I would rate this truck as the best value period. Nissan hit a home run with the midnight edition . Very pleased with quality & price .

So my name is Dan, and I live ion Cape Cod MA I was looking for specific type of vehicle, which is a ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie edition. Replacing the one I have. Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I’m writing this review because Brennen and Julia his manager had a clear customer forward focus. 195k miles and my truck still fires up and runs excellently. Everything from the value, the power, the utility, the reliability, and, in my opinion, the looks, are superb. I will say the turning radius is quite awful, but in light of all the positive things I could say about this truck, it's an easy recommendation, and by far the best vehicle I've had the please of owning. It is a barebones truck, but Nissan did an excellent job fine tuning it and making it one of those 10+ year trucks you wish every other truck could be.

This is a fantastic truck. Plenty of power for what I need. Interior feels great. Bed size is more than adequate. Exterior looks sharp. Overall, better than I imagined.
