I recently purchased a used Nissan Pathfinder from Bill Korums Puyallup Nissan. The process was quick and easy. Since this was a used Nissan, it had undergone a very extensive vehicle check in the service department. Several repair items were made. Once item that was noted was a problem with the radio. After we took possession of the vehicle, my daughter continued to have some issues with the radio, so we had to take it back in. We were provided with a loaner vehicle while the radio was being repaired. Vehicle radio is now repaired, and all is well with the vehicle. Would recommend them if you are in the market for a used car. Did not deal with the new car sales, just used cars and the service department for the radio repairs. Over all experience was very positive.

Over thanksgiving holiday , while visiting family, our 2013rogue blew a transmission . Still under extended warranty, we took it to Nissan dealer where we bought it in 2013. .Keith could not have been better. When I had questions both Keith and Stephanie, business manager, were professional , friendly, and could not have been more helpful . Keith kept in contact with my husband ,who stayed in the area while waiting on repair while I returned to our home in Eastern Washington. Keith , worked hard to complete the repair as timely as possible .
