I am not a fan of sitting for hours in a car showroom when buying a car BUT I have to say that it was not too terrible this time around. Everyone was friendly, the facility is bright and clean and I was excited to be getting a new car!

I bought a 2023 Stinger from Southlake Auto Mall and the buying process was upfront and Professional. That is hard to find in the 2 years of Auto Dealers taking advantage of buyers. Consultant Joey was knowledgeable and made the purchase low pressure. The state of the art service center is cool also. Check them out for you next Kia.

I had a great experience from start to finish especially with my salesman. The finance manager who did all the paperwork and explained everything to me about the different options that I had and I did choose one of the options for my vehicle. AJ helped us from start to finish. He explained all off the features of the car a directed us our northern Indianapolis around the construction so we didn't get lost. Even had suggestions for where to stay in the area.

We stopped by to just look around at the used cars. It was just closing time. As we were looking a sales person came over to talk with us. Her name is Patricia Stapleton. She was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. We ended up taking a car for a test drive. Even though the dealership closed Patricia did not rush us. She was extremely patient.

I was looking for a 3500 diallly diesel. I found one a long way away for the price I wanted to pay. Syversons did not have one on their website. I called Matt Dugsted and within an hour he had located one. He got the truck there and ready for me the next morning. Also matched the price I found. Second vehicle I have bought from Matt.

Service department friendly. Would have given higher, new vehicle supposed to get free oil change. Paid $91. My sister got free 2 yrs oil change and didn't do a review, from a different nessan dealership. Was told had to do with review 🙄. A customer told us, from this dealership, they bought used and got free oil change???

When you walk into the room it doesn't feel like a dealership it feels like a home that you know you can feel safe in you won't feel judge
